Honestly, the most unprofessional staff I have dealt with. Do not know how to speak professionally. Viewed a property and had to plead for a application form. Was asked for a £950 deposit and sent the T/Cs which stated I must completed a reference checlist of forfit deposit. When asked about the checklist they avoided the question. Shady business I would recommend anyone looking to let to avoid.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CON MEN!!!
The most unethical letting agency that I have ever come across. Even after me paying the holding fee, these guys kept the ads running and gave away the house that I finalised to someone else just because he was moving in a week earlier.
Even after this shameless breach of ethics, I had to chase these people several times to get my holding fee refunded. Dealing with these guys is an absolute mental harassment of epic proportions.

Horrible customer services, please be careful when you communicate. Be ready for their weir questions and the way they call you 'mate' .

Where do I start, 1st of all Mohammed Ali is extremely rude and tries to be intimidating. He tends to put on an act until they receive your hard earned money and then BOOM!!!! He no longer has a care in the world for anything further. He sends threats and is unprofessional when it comes to property management, I strongly believe he works alongside most of his landlords to con families and use there knowledge of housing to manipulate people. They cut every corner possible when it comes to repairs and when a repair is need you will never get a returned phone call or text in regards to this but will go to great lengths to recover rent as far as turning up at the property banging down the door and threatening to change locks, with no consideration of my young children. I would advise people be very wary of this estate agents as they are very back street and dodgy. My tenancy jus currently still on going and I have been advised I will not be getting my deposit back for reason they have fabricated. I promise you I will not leave without a fight. I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!

We had a very good experience with Abby Homes, they sold our house and we didn't have to pay the 2 to 3% fees the other agents are asking for.
1%+vat, I thought it was great deal, The house sold fast and we got the price we wanted E14.

Where to start with these crooked, money grabbing phonies?
I am currently renting with these people and they have been so inconsiderate to our situation since our landlord decided to sell.
They have conducted viewings without informing me. We were relaxing on a Saturday afternoon only for four people to walk into our home unannounced (agent had a set of keys). Their communication has been appalling and their fees are extortionate, generally disguised as 'deposit'. These people are disgraceful and have not been apologetic in the slightest for their invasions of our privacy.

After learning that this landlord is a crook and had stolen our money they proceeded to rent the same flat out to someone else. Clearly the Lanlord has stolen from us already once yet the estate agents keep her on their books and have put another unknowing couple in the same position. While living at the property in the winter of last year my boiler broke leaving us freezing with no hot water or heating for almost a month. The estate agents fAiled to rectify this problem and it was only dealt with properly after having to make some very angry calls. Again this problem lays technically in the hands of the landlord but the fact alone that the estate agents refuse to take any responsibility, along with the fact that they know full well what this landlord is like and have put other people in the position we were in is disgusting and quite frankly just bad business. You have been warned!

Con men. Floorplan completely wrong but agreed to pay asking price on a place because I liked the location. They then called me up to say they could get it cheaper if I gave them a 1% finder's fee.... I declined... then they called me up to say I had to pay the 1% finder's fee so I should rethink my price.... I agreed reluctantly and lowered my offer... then after agreeing the price and instructing solicitors they said they'd had a higher offer and dropped me. To be honest I was glad - I would rather live in a cardboard box than buy through these crooks.
