Where do I start, 1st of all Mohammed Ali is extremely rude and tries to be intimidating. He tends to put on an act until they receive your hard earned money and then BOOM!!!! He no longer has a care in the world for anything further. He sends threats and is unprofessional when it comes to property management, I strongly believe he works alongside most of his landlords to con families and use there knowledge of housing to manipulate people. They cut every corner possible when it comes to repairs and when a repair is need you will never get a returned phone call or text in regards to this but will go to great lengths to recover rent as far as turning up at the property banging down the door and threatening to change locks, with no consideration of my young children. I would advise people be very wary of this estate agents as they are very back street and dodgy. My tenancy jus currently still on going and I have been advised I will not be getting my deposit back for reason they have fabricated. I promise you I will not leave without a fight. I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!
