He has consistently gone above and beyond to help, always making himself available to answer questions, provide reassurance and keep everything moving. He is knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about delivering an excellent service. 9th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)I was helping my dad to sell his house, and a friend recommended them as they had recently used them when selling their property and told us that they were really good.<br><br>We looked a few different agents and chose Phillip Alexander because from the first visit they were professional and provided honest advice.<br><br>Bradley and Dominika were absolutely brilliant, they listened to all our needs. They kept us informed throughout the whole process.<br><br>The initial buyer pulled out last minute, and the team found a new buyer less than two weeks later! That sale went through smoothly.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Philip Alexander.<br><br>Thanks Dominika and Bradley

Rashid the Agent who showed me the flat (and about 50 other people!!) was courteous, provided lots of information and transparent about the quirks and what the landlord was looking for. After my offer was accepted - Dimension continued to keep strong communication and was patient with all of questions.

We were desperate to get everything completed quickly and move into the flat on time, and Hanan was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process.<br><br>She went above and beyond to help us, was always supportive and responsive, and did everything she could to make sure we got the flat on time. We truly appreciate all her hard work and would highly recommend Hanan to anyone looking to rent a property.
18th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Bought a property through Alex Crown in 2024. In 2025 they list our property for sale without our consent, with old pictures and for a lower price. Contacted them to remove the listing and received no response.
7th Sep 2026 (20 days ago)AWFUL experience. If I could give Portico 0 starts I would, I truly could not recommend them less. The lack of communication was the first and most prevalent issue throughout our Tennancy (which was cut short due to a hazardous mould issue which was flagged many times before and during the Tennancy). My flatmate and I spent hours and hours of our time trying to draw attention to and rectify the multiple issues with the property, some more serious than others, on many occasions we were ignored and on some occasions the portico employees were actually very rude. I will not name names but a lady in the Highbury office in particular. The ordeal with portico cost us a great deal financially but also in terms of stress, not to mention the health implications of living in a damp flat for 5+ months during the height of winter, in an uninsulated room, where the radiator fell off the wall and the heating did not work initially. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but I seriously believe people should avoid this service. Would not wish it upon others, particularly when you are overpaying for a property and working hard to do so!<br>The issues were never ending , and I was constantly in awe of the audacity of Portico to try and charge us for various things that we flagged as issues many times to<br>them and were not our fault. If you have the misfortune of using Portico, I reccomend you keep a record of your engagement with them.<br>Other problems included a gas leak for the first four months of the tenancy, the flat not being cleaned before our arrival, marks all over the place, broken kitchen appliances and shelves, the list goes on.<br>I hope portico work to improve their service and treatment of their clients.<br>Please note the is experience was between August 2024 and March 2025

He is an excellent agent who managed to arrange everything for my flat rental in the shortest possible time. Despite it being a day off, he was incredibly attentive to my needs, understanding the urgency of the situation, and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. His professionalism, respectful approach, and efficiency made all the difference. I highly appreciate his dedication and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and committed agent.

It was a challenging process at times, with everything going on in the world, but I knew they had my back and they were a pleasure to deal with.

From start to finish they made finding and renting our new property genuinely easy, and they got us moved in remarkably quickly. Fiona and Tasha in particular were a great help throughout. They were responsive, friendly, and on top of every detail, which took so much of the usual stress out of the process. If we're ever looking to move again, Birchills would be the first agents we'd go back to. Highly recommend.
7th Sep 2026 (20 days ago)After a sale with another agent fell through despite nearly 5 months of work, I was honestly distraught at the idea of needing to start over again. Despite this, Mi Homes (and the agent I worked with, Daniel) have made the buying process as seamless and easy as I think possible.<br><br>Organising the viewing was no-nonsense, he answered as many questions as he could on the day and all the rest I had were followed up on within 48 hours. The negotiation period for price was short and sensible, his predictions accurate, and solicitors began work On The Day of the sale. All around top form from Daniel and the team at Mi Homes.

It felt like they tell you what a buyer want to hear but they don't actually put in the work and don't work Iin the best interest of their client. They don't listen to what a buyer or seller tell them about the property or bother to negotiate on their clients behalf.

20th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Buying a flat in London is a genuinely intimidating process, especially once you realise you don't have anyone on your side. The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for. Hannah then helped me negotiate a deal I honestly didn't think was possible, pushing for terms I wouldn't have had the confidence or market knowledge to ask for myself.<br><br>Compared to every other property experience I've had, Hannah Le Sueur made this one feel completely different — supported, informed, and genuinely on my side from start to finish. If you're buying in London and want someone who will actually fight your corner, I can't recommend her highly enough.

She was considerate of our requests, incredibly responsive, and made what could’ve been a stressful process feel so easy despite the intensity of the London rental market. We absolutely love our place and are so glad we went through Foxtons! Couldn’t recommend her enough!
10th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)The manager Gavie carried out a valuation at my mother’s property and unfortunately the experience was far from professional. Myself and my mother found his manner rude and dismissive, which was particularly disappointing given that this was an important and stressful decision for my mother.<br><br>I also didn’t feel that he demonstrated the level of knowledge you would expect from someone in his position. We were left with very little confidence in the advice being given, he significantly under valued the property.<br><br>It is important to note we had the property valued by another local agent a couple of days later (which took my mother a lot of convincing after this experience) who valued the property at a price we believed fit the property and they brought us multiple offers within the first month and we completed yesterday!<br><br>If you do chose to get a valuation from this agent, I would STRONGLY advise to get a second opinion.
