From day 1 - knowledge of the market, understanding buyer psychology and pricing - they did everything and beyond to get viewings / offers and to make the whole process move when previously the property was on the market for 1 year and couldnt move. Throughout the process they held my hand, and were relentless and diligent in following up with the buyer and each sides lawyers and making sure they pushed the process to the end - up to agreeing dates, conditions, outstanding queries. Super impressive and now I understand why people say Foxton simply gets the job done. A pleasure and great reassurance to work with - and thank you for supporting me to the finish line!

28th Apr 2026 (6 days ago)Rent money sent to them on time and they still send threatening letters saying respond within 24hrs. We have asked for more information as they must have their records wrong. They fail to respond for days comes across as aggressive hipocracy.

She’s been consistently professional, proactive and genuinely helpful throughout. Her communication was clear and timely, and she handled everything smoothly. I really appreciate how she managed to navigate the renewal so effectively, securing a great outcome without any friction. It made the whole process feel easy and well taken care of, which I don’t take for granted. Thank you again, Nessa – you're a real credit to the team.

9th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)Rented via Prime a number of years ago - had an underwhelming experience. When it came to viewing and renting a property, everything was very efficient. However, during our rental, they were slow to fix an issue which arose in the property. Our boiler broke during winter and this took around 3 weeks for them to sort. The first engineers they sent had no idea what to do. This was during Covid times so maybe there is some excuse, but it still left us with cold water for a considerable amount of time. A different minor request was just ignored. Towards the end of our tenure, they asked one of us to be in the property so they could show new prospective tenants around. One time, they just didn't turn up - no notice/apology. Another time, a group of lads turned up to view the property without a Prime agent, so we just had to show them round. Very strange. Randomly once, an architect entered the property with his own keys and said he had been told the property was empty. Moving out was not seamless, with a dispute taking a couple of months to conclude. I would suggest reading your moving in inventory very carefully and challenging everything which isn't precisely accurate at the time. Overall, it seemed pretty clear from our experience and the other reviews that Prime do a great job managing properties for the landlord, but less so for the renter.

Since the beginning, Eva has always been incredibly assuring, informative, plus she leads a brilliant team at Marsh & Parsons who has been able to take the stress off my shoulders, offer a high quality and efficient property management service. I would especially like to say a huge thanks to Scarlett Chadwick and cannot recommend her enough! Scarlett listened to my past experiences, understood the qualities of the flat, and did a fantastic job at matching the tenants, securing the tenancy and dealing with the entire process compliance & admin smoothly. Scarlett is incredibly diligent and is always quick to respond to issues, and was able to handle sensitive communications between different parties to maintain a positive experience. 17th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Do NOT try and sell your property with Kings Group. My partner is a cash buyer. She made enquiries about seeing a couple of properties in Tottenham Hale. The agency never arranged it but bombarded her with mortgage advice emails that she doesn’t need and never signed up to. As a result she will never get to see those properties (Kings Group are clearly not interested in selling) and now if she sees any property advertised by Kings Group she ignores it. If you are with this agency please change. They are as bad as Fox and Sons

24th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Terrible rental and property management experience over the past two years. The inventory check report was not provided until nearly one year after move-in, despite multiple follow-ups. The flat was let to me with a broken shower screen - the glass panel had been removed by the landlord, while the metal frame and hinges were left in place wrapped in warning tape. This was despite the landlord having stated during the viewing, in the agent’s presence, that the shower screen would be fixed before move-in. The agent refused to replace it with a new shower screen for almost a year, unless the tenant paid for the new shower screen, then claimed the eventual repair was only a “goodwill gesture". After the offer was accepted by the landlord, and tenant guide was already signed by the tenant, the landlord and agent unilaterally required the tenant to delay the move-in date, exposing me to additional cost for temporary accommodation. The agent also refused to arrange pigeon-proofing for the balcony or professional cleaning of substantial pigeon droppings. The issue appears to stem from the inherent structure of the balcony, which allows pigeons to enter and nest in the ceiling area. Instead of addressing the underlying problem, the agent attempted to pass the cost onto the tenant, claiming the professional cleaning or pigeon-proofing would be an "improvement" that the landlord cannot be responsible for. I have now spoken to the relevant local Council who said the photos look bad and show there is pigeon infestation, and they will arrange for a physical inspection to consider action to be taken. There was also a contradiction between the tenant offer acceptance document and the tenancy agreement on the rent increase amount. The agent described this as an administrative error but said nothing could be done to correct it, despite the financial detriment caused to the tenant. Repair requests take weeks or months to resolve, and very often are rejected by the agent. Overall, the experience has been disappointing with repeated delays and poor maintenance handling.

The entire team is fantastic! Freddie, the estate agent, was wonderful. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout the process. His honesty and integrity were refreshing and not something you come across often these days. Thanks Freddie! After moving into the property, Khrystyna from the property management team has been excellent. She made the transition smooth and has been very attentive to any queries, always doing her best to resolve things quickly and efficiently.
