These guys treated us like delinquents once they take the deposit from us. Their aim then is just see you leave at the end of the tenancy since they will charge new fees to the next tenant. They will not allow you to talk with the landlord (the name is not even in the contract). They will not take care of anything since they want you to leave as soon as possible. They will charge you for any service, reference letters etc, even the copy of the keys (and it will not be cheap). They will not answer to you emails and even if you go to their office in person you will be treated as a delinquent. Absolutely disgracefull.

Initial experience is great and very professional but our experience at the end of tenancy was terrible. We were charged around £400 for damages for stuff which was by previous tenants and while some of it was mentioned in the check in report, some of the stuff was never mentioned.
Our fault we didn't look in to too much detail in check in report as we had an understanding with the staff at knight Frank maintenance but she left and the new staff Heather didn't budge. She didn't bother comparing check in and check out reports and we had to eventually pay as we didn't want to get in to the hassle.
The amounts they charge are over priced, for instance key replacement for the window was charged at £75.
Our rent refund calculations were not accounted for and after several polite reminders they looked in to it.
I had a top notch experience with Asha and the rest of the lovely staff here. Asha was very pleasant and easy to work with, kept me well informed on the property I was interested in and gave transparent answers to my questions without being pushy. Having recently moved to London I was happy to have fallen into such good hands.
By far, my worst real state experience since I moved to London. A truly unprofessional service that started as soon as we payed the monies. A lack of consumer service, either by solving problems of the flat or by replying complaints.
If you're in a need of a flat, doesn't matter how desperate you are, I'd recommend not to work with them, not even as your last option.
Bhavik at the Finsbury Park office has been excellent.
He delivers what he promises unlike other agents and ensured the process was transparent and smooth.
He went over everything with me and made sure I understood it unlike other agents I have dealt with in the past.
I will definitely recommend Bhavik to anyone.
Horrible unprofessional experience letting with this company, charges for nothing appearing out of thin air, emails with two days notice asking us to be in for a gas check and then charging us £150 as this was not possible. Very slow in fixing repairs and difficult to contact. In future as a tenant I wouldnt agree to let a property with Ludlow Thompson. Not worth the cost and hassle.
Great service provided by Reni, Madi and Michael. They have always been very helpful and highly professional. As a result the whole process of viewings, processing of tenancy agreement and initial property management has been very smooth.
Throughout the tenancy, Complete were very hands off but fine. Within the first year, our locks were changed without our knowledge and permission and I only found out as I came home from work to see that my key did not work, I wasn't informed by them. This lack of communication from their side seems to be common.
Having reported a number of issues to them, they've never sent anyone to have a look or repair the issues and I am concerned that I will be charged for these upon leaving.
We are due to leave our property managed by them and have been made to pay a referencing fee which is not mentioned anywhere in our contract and they do not have the right to charge. As they were refusing to release our references to our new property, we've had to pay this fee. The first I heard about payment being needed for this fee was from our referencing company NOT from Complete.
They have also lied to the referencing agency about our rent being consistently 1-2 days late for 2 years. If this was the case, which is not, why has this not been raised with us for the 2 years we have lived in their property?
I've had numerous property managers, all of which seem as incompetent as the last. The only positive in this review is that I will not have to deal with them any long.
I would not advise renting a property through them as you will be left woefully unsatisfied.
I've been working with Tania for some time now at this office. She manages the letting of my property. She is highly responsive and gets the job done with minimal input from me. This is great as I travel a great deal. I know I can rely on her to make sure the tenants are happy and the property is in good order and repair. She is a pleasure to work with.
