7th Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.

Incredibly easy to deal with, bringing real positivity and energy, coupled with professionalism and industry knowledge. His can do approach to property search was so encouraging. If only all estates agents could be a bit more Kevin! I thoroughly recommend working with Kevin, he is an absolute credit to the agency.
22nd Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Pretty miserable experience selling my late brothers property through them. Sale was already agreed via another agent when Kfh took over their agency. Sale limped on for over 2 months but then fell through. Was persuaded to sell via their “modern auction method” which uses a third party company. Lots of issues and Kfh will not even return your calls when you go this route as they consider it then outside their remit. Ended up selling for 15% less than original sale agreed and stress was intense. This method is described as auction and I had assumed post auction that the buyer had all the information they had a right to at the beginning of the auction but actually the legal part is exactly the same as with any sale - much discussion between solicitors, new deeds having to be drawn up etc. The only difference appears to be that there is a time scale to adhere to making it incredibly stressful.

She's been proactive, responsive and supportive throughout the process from end to end. I would recommend her to anyone I know selling a house soon

He kept us updated at every stage and really helped to smooth over the back-and-forth on a few contract points with the seller's side. He was always quick to respond and clearly worked to keep things moving forward, which made a real difference during what can be a stressful process. We'd happily recommend Jamie and the team at Paramount to anyone buying in the area.

The team takes care of everything from coordinating the tenants, handling repairs, inspection, ensuring compliance, and collecting the rents without consulting me unless they need to make any decisions.

The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. Nick was available to speak anytime, provided excellent and honest feedback after every viewing and made you feel they had your best interest at heart. Once an offer was made and accepted, the purchase process was handled very efficiently and I was kept updated at every step. Overall, a refreshingly satisfactory experience.
