We were extremely impressed with Antony May and his colleagues. They sealed the deal for us after us looking at over 40 properties across various agencies. They were always polite and good at communications. Best of all they finally got the deal we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. Thanks very much!
Nathalie Navasothy is by far the worst person I have ever dealt with in estate agency! Everything she has said/done has been wrong from the start.
1.) Breaching data protection, by adding my flat mate into our email conversation which had my banks statements on!!!
2.) Saying the flat was fully furnished, which it wasn't.
3.) Getting the offer wrong on the offer form
4.) The old tenants are moving out on the Friday, so we can move in first thing on Saturday, that was wrong! Tenants are moving out on the Saturday so we have to wait.
Being the assistant manager, you think she could provide a better service, I would seriously avoid.
Dorota has been very helpful, constantly sending us different options for the flats, whilst we were looking for a new property. I will recommend her to my friends in the future!
Incredibly incompetent and immoral
They lied to us about what was included in the house.
They lied to use about terms in the contract
It took them over a month to give us our parking space that we were paying for
They're are incredibly rude and hung up on me a few times when trying to resolve issues
It took them an unreasonable amount of time to return our deposit
They are entirely unhelpful
They refuse to give references unless you paid them £42
At the end of the tenancy they book loads of appointments to show prospective new tenants around but often cancel and do not tell you
They are not very nice people to deal with
Dorota was amazing throughout our home search. She really listened and understood our requirements, and helped us to secure the perfect family home for us. We appreciated the professionalism and speed in which she operated and would have no hesitation in recommending her or using KFH should we need to again in the future.
I have always managed my Saturday viewings so that my schedule is properly arranged. Unfortunately I have been waiting at one property for more than 15 mins without anyone contacting me. I called the office just to find out that this property is under offer!! No email, no phone call or voice mail to let me know about the situation before that. She asked me whether I still want to view the second property as booked with the same person and I agreed. I have been waiting at the front of the property for awhile which is fine. I asked about the details. She said is Illegal to tell me how much for service charge and ground rent. She will email to me later. Noticing my shocked face..She asked “any problems?”(With a serious face) - I do not see any point of arguing with her. Until now I have not received any email from her about the details of the property as promised. I have wasted a lot of time with someone that is unprofessional and has an attitude problem! I definitely not deal with this branch anymore.
P.s.Basic manners is important. Please learn how to say apologies or sorry - it would be appreciated more than saying
We sold our house through DandG and I found the company and the office staff to be first rate. The sales team went above and beyond the call of duty, advising us on how to present our house, what refurbishing work would make a real difference and what it should look like. They kept us well informed and helped us resolve a number of very complex issues which further reinforced my view that the sales team and their regional manager are all, without exception first class. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering a professional, friendly team who will work in your best interests with integrity.
I used D&G to sell my house in probably the most difficult market in decades. They sold my house where three other agents failed and did a great job. Nick (my main contact) was always communicative and available to speak to me even just to calm my nerves. Jack (another agent in the office who would help me when Nick wasn't around) was always friendly and helped where he could. He always knew who I was and did his best to sort out my issues/worries/requests. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The sale was smooth and easy and I put this mostly down to Nick who was not only dedicated to the negotiations but was constantly available and proactive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them.
We completed today on a property purchased through Laurels who have been exceptional throughout. Liam, in particular, has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, chasing both us and the sellers in order for this to progress swiftly (8 weeks from offer to completion including Christmas) and always on hand to answer calls and emails. We will definitely use Laurels in the future. Thanks again!
A thoroughly stressful and unpleasant experience using Laurels. Rob at Laurels repeatedly let us down whilst marketing our property, Was unresponsive, often not responding to calls or emails. We have some suspicions of being misled or worse, lied to, regarding offers received on our property. I should stress these are suspicions at this stage and investigations into this are ongoing. In our opinion, the poor service from Rob at Laurels cost us a perfect home to move into and almost lost the seller of this home thousands of pounds through loss of a deposit. My personal recommendation would be to save yourself the stress and hassle and go with agents with a long track record of excellent customer service. In Epsom, Cairds are a much better agent in my opinion and charge the same fees as Laurels, or Greenfields in the Surbiton area. Please don’t be misled by the notion that Laurels are much cheaper than well established High Street Agents are this certainly wasn’t the case in my experience. My advice, avoid.
Our property manager, Stephanie Silva, has been very professional and helpful since the very first day. I feel comfortable and secure when it comes to how our property has been managed.
Much improved service from Dexters Wimbledon since Stephanie Silva took over our tenancy in the Property Management team. She is always quick to respond to queries and continuously follows up with us which is great!
