The experience with KFH Wimbeldon was fantastic. Marta speak several languages and this makes everything easier, at least in my case. I was looking for a house to set up imminently and they found and managed everything quickly and correctly. The experience with this agency has been very good, recommending it 100%
Terrible, disorganized and most outrageously rude - can't get hold of anyone, and when you do, you wish you never had. Surprising in the current competitive environment that a company can have such contempt towards, and disregard for, their customers.
Having called into a number of Wimbledon Village estate agent firms last month, I found the reception received and eagerness to advise from Savills far exceeded that of the competition. We have quite specific search requirements and Sarah Doughty who took our details was enthusiastic offering suggestions with the Head of the Office, James Morrison having a wealth of knowledge! They have already offered us a couple of houses that we are considering.
This firm only looks after its own interests and not those of its clients. An example is offering to organise a gas safety certificate for a tenanted property. Cost £70 for the certificate: £144 for their admin charge. Exploitation pure and simple.
Chloe at KFH has been fantastic in helping us find the right flat. Throughout the process she has been helpful, informative and kept the process moving. We are first-time buyers and probably asked too many questions but nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend.
Nathalie Navasothy is by far the worst person I have ever dealt with in estate agency! Everything she has said/done has been wrong from the start.
1.) Breaching data protection, by adding my flat mate into our email conversation which had my banks statements on!!!
2.) Saying the flat was fully furnished, which it wasn't.
3.) Getting the offer wrong on the offer form
4.) The old tenants are moving out on the Friday, so we can move in first thing on Saturday, that was wrong! Tenants are moving out on the Saturday so we have to wait.
Being the assistant manager, you think she could provide a better service, I would seriously avoid.
Hi everyone. We want to share our experience and express our gratitude to the Dexters real estate agency for their work.We came to them by our friend's recommendation more than 2 years ago and we were looking for an apartment for rent. It was the first time that we turned to Dexters and we were not disappointed. You know, guys ,we liked that you did not overload us with a bunch of unnecessary questions and documents that we needed to bring to rent an apartment, with which we have come across in other real estate agencies, everything was professionally and without wasting time.Thank you for that.
Also we want to say thank you to James Brignell, the property manager, for his help in resolving the issues that arose in the course of our lives in the apartment and who did an excellent job. Long time ago James became responsible for us and the resolution of all issues that relate to the apartment. He arranged for us a change of several important and necessary things in the kitchen and in the bathroom and also the last is a new carpet in the whole apartment for which special thanks to his contractors who all the time professionally doing their job.
So we want to thank all of you guys again and wish you in the new year a lot of happy and satisfied customers.
I have recently brought a house through Dexters (Wimbledon) and the service they provided was excellent. They were extremely helpful with the requirements we needed and helped us get the sale through professionally and efficiently. We dealt with Shabhaz who was a fantastic agent.
Thank you Dexters
