I would not hesitste to use them for a sale (buying or selling). The whole team were great and really were there for us throughout the whole process.

2nd Sep 2026 (23 days ago)I can’t recommend Phil Cantwell at Your Move in New Cross highly enough. He was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process — competent, responsive, proactive, kind, and professional.<br><br>The sale turned out to be much more complicated than expected, with legal difficulties meaning that the process took over two years to complete. Throughout that entire time, Phil stayed in touch, kept me updated and did everything he could to keep things moving along. Even though I was dealing with everything internationally, his communication was excellent and I always felt that things were being looked after. He made what could have been an extremely stressful experience feel remarkably stress-free. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without him.<br><br>Phil also went far beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent. He was incredibly helpful with all sorts of practical things that I would normally have dealt with myself if I had been in London — from replacing batteries in smoke detectors to meeting contractors and helping coordinate things on my behalf.<br><br>He was an absolute delight to deal with: warm, friendly, dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile. I’m incredibly grateful for all his help and would wholeheartedly recommend Phil to anyone looking for an estate agent.

Very pleased with the friendly and efficient service, especially Conor and Sarah, from arranging viewing all the way through to key collection. A fantastic independent team that will get you sorted promptly and with great vibes, highly recommend if you’re looking to rent in SE :)

Disorganised agency.<br><br>We travelled specifically for one viewing with them, only to arrive and be told by the agent that he couldn’t get the keys because the tenant hadn’t shown up. Why is the tenant handing over the keys at the exact same time potential buyers are turning up for a viewing? Surely this should be sorted beforehand so there’s time to deal with any issues and so you’re not wasting people’s time.<br><br>I’ve now asked Barnard Marcus to show me the property instead, as they also have it listed on Rightmove.<br><br>Before this I was accidentally booked into the wrong viewings and received confirmation emails/texts for properties I’d never agreed to view, followed by various cancellation emails and back-and-forth to get things corrected. I was repeatedly bombarded with emails from their mailing list despite unsubscribing and I had to email two different people more than once asking for the emails to stop.<br><br>I am really put off booking anymore viewings with this agency

His level of commitment, focus on client care, and overall expertise in this sector is nothing short of outstanding – I genuinely could not recommend him, or his team highly enough. Most recently, I engaged GHE to sell a rental property – the sales team led by Rania Karyada & Gabriela Stahei worked tirelessly to ensure a rapid & smooth sales process. Shannon listened to what we were looking for and showed us two amazing apartments, one of which was perfect and is now our home.<br><br>Once the offer was accepted I thought that would be it, but Shannon stayed in touch throughout, checking all was on track, chasing up answers and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>I'd highly recommend Shannon if you're looking for a home or investment property. She's amiable, professional, quick to respond and just SO good at her job! Thank you, Shannon.

The team has also been very quick and helpful in responding to our maintenance queries.<br><br>A special thank you to Erin for all her help and prompt communication. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome box, which included snacks, furniture discount vouchers and a detailed guide to the flat. The guide was particularly useful and helped us quickly understand what all the different switches and controls were for.<br><br>Overall, a very positive and well-organised experience!

She was quick to organize viewings and was a good negotiator, helped us getting our offer accepted in record time.<br>?Since this was a corporate let, there was a lot of complex paperwork, but Jen and her team managed it all effortlessly. She also helped us arrange with move-in requests like moving furnitures around the flat which was a huge help as we are new to the UK. Even when we bombarded her with questions on the weekends, she was always there to help. Thank you, Jen, for making our first UK renting experience so positive!<br><br>Update: another ?5-star service from Circa! Huge appreciation to both Tianna and Jessica for being so proactive and attentive. We recently had issues with a tap and a faulty light switch, and they handled the repairs seamlessly and without any delay. Dealing with property maintenance can often be stressful, but they made the whole process effortless. Thank you both for the stellar support!

7th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)After a sale with another agent fell through despite nearly 5 months of work, I was honestly distraught at the idea of needing to start over again. Despite this, Mi Homes (and the agent I worked with, Daniel) have made the buying process as seamless and easy as I think possible.<br><br>Organising the viewing was no-nonsense, he answered as many questions as he could on the day and all the rest I had were followed up on within 48 hours. The negotiation period for price was short and sensible, his predictions accurate, and solicitors began work On The Day of the sale. All around top form from Daniel and the team at Mi Homes.

The team takes care of everything from coordinating the tenants, handling repairs, inspection, ensuring compliance, and collecting the rents without consulting me unless they need to make any decisions.

The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for. He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Alex even went into the office on a Sunday afternoon to make sure we could secure our offer. That level of commitment and customer service is truly exceptional. 11th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Everyone who’s tried to rent or buy a property in London knows there are some real nightmare agents out there… Carley Taylor is not one of them! We had a last minute issue crop up in our sale the week we were due to exchange, and she went absolutely above and beyond in coordinating and communicating between ourselves, our buyers, surveyors, building management, etc - what a star. There is no doubt in my mind this process would’ve been far more painful without her great work ethic and relentless approach to getting our sale over the finish line. We are also grateful to Gabor Szucsik, who, after we had two offers fall through, was incredibly speedy in lining up more viewings and getting our flat sold on the third offer. The team has done some really solid work and we’re happy we went with them in the end.
