Sadly one of these real estate agents that arrange viewings and don't show up. I had a meeting with Benat and when I called to check if he was still coming I was told that he was on holidays and no one else could come show me the property because it was close to the end of their working day.
We had interacted with Nadine from JLL. She was very helpful in spotting us a property in geeenwich. Her service was really excellent and she was able to help and get us accomadated despite the tighter deadline we had. Thanks to her and JLL.
Do not use JLL - their rates are some of the highest in Greenwich and they add on surprise charges for everything! They also failed to call me when my tenants moved out meaning I lost several months rent and failed to make amends. (they had tried to contact me via an old email despite continuing to send bills to my new email!) They took no responsibility for the situation. please shop around - you can get better service at a lower cost.
I have recently found a property with the help of Stevie. From start to finish the service has been excellent and Stevie’s knowledge of the market was very helpful and reassuring. Can’t recommend London Residential and Stevie enough! Thank you.
I cannot condemn this company enough. Problem after problem after problem with nothing ever being sorted. Rude staff, treated all 3 of us despicably and like idiots the whole tenancy. Plumbing emergency? Forget about it, they don't care. They want money from you? Now that is urgent! Despite our contracted stating a MINIMUM of 24hrs notice for viewings, they called a few hours before and stated they were coming over. When I complained they said they weren't able to give that amount of notice. Complete lack of communication not only within departments but company-wide as well. Greedy, self-serving, rude, ignorant people. Incredibly glad that I will be leaving them far behind. Unfortunately, I can't leave less than one star or I would.

All the people who work in these agency are by far the most incompetent, rude, and careless professional that I have encountered in my life.
From messing up with your rent to rude emails, going through ignoring EVERY SINGLE REQUEST MADE until you show up in their face they will make you curse the day you phoned up. Our property manger, Ethel, simply ignored our request to get the deposit back for weeks until we showed up in the office. Salespeople do not know what they are doing, they asked us to scan passport 3 times and forces us to do a bankers draft rather than a normal order which costed us more fees. HUGE FEES (980 £ for 2 people!!) which will include stuff like inventory, referencing, non better specified "admin", on the top of the already large "agency" fees.
We wasted a month of our life dealing with Mark, the manager of the property branch, which was acting more like a child than a professional. He simply refused to talk with us when confronted with our disagreement for a retention.
I honestly do not understand how is it possible that such people are still in business. The Landlords clearly have no idea of how bad they are; when we were in the flat a salesperson simply "MISSED" a couple of viewings!!!
Nobody has ever a clue of who you are or what is going on.
The emails sent us by mistake, or just asking for something which did not relate to us (we received private details of other tenants and landlords by mistake) are simply countless.
Don't let mean, incompetent, clueless people handle your stay.
I know it is difficult when they have the flat that you want, but PLEASE do not rent with them!

By far the worst customer service that I’ve ever come across. We have lived in the property for almost 2 weeks now and still have not received the correct keys. They gave us one of keys and told us we had to get more cut because we moved in late! What is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! After complaining there eventually gave us another set but then the lobby key did not work! I was informed by the landlord that she had told them that they had to get the lobby key done by a specialist key cutter, they obviously didn’t listen to a word of that. We currently still do not have keys when I messaged them about it, I was told I had to return the keys because they were a lot of money! You can understand why it’s the worst customer service I have ever come across. They did not apologise for giving us the wrong set of keys they have not said that they are going to get more cut even though it is in the contract. The complete absurdity of this whole situation irritates the hell out of me! That I can’t even get into the property that I’m paying for.
But there is more! When we moved into the property of the hot water wasn’t working! It is still not working we have to get a new boiler! They said they checked it a couple days before we move in but the way the company is managed I very much doubt they did. We also have problems with the furniture that is unusable! The table in the living room is completely wonky the chairs scrape against the wooden floor, so at the minute I’m eating my dinner on the sofa. Until my order comes through on Amazon because God knows they are not going to get any new ones. Our double bed in our room has got wheels so every time we get on it I feel like I’m dancing on ice! The shower head is completely screwed! The doors to balcony do not open!
I could probably go on for days! Yeah so a long story short you are probably best off not using this company. Save yourself the stress and knew someone else I wish I did.
Great service, would highly recommend. There are many dodgy agents in London, so I was relieved to find a decent firm to work with. Moses from the Docklands office secured a flat for me very quickly and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Horrible property management service. Same as another reviewer wrote, they are very good in taking your money and then disappear when you need their service. It's been 2 months since we've moved out from the property and we still haven't even heard about when we will get our deposit back, although have spend our in sending emails and phone calls. Will be taking legal actions against them this week. Avoid this agency.
