Mislead, unprofessional and just want your money. . Sliverfish infestation, broken bed frames, uncleaned apartment, lights not working, cabinents that we told wanted to fix but still hadn't. No hand off. Watch out for Brendan Hind he should not be working there. I got sick from black mould, I wasn't told there was, even then that should've been removed before moving in. Choose another estate agent.
I'd advised anyone wanting to rent with Foxtons especially at London Bridge to choose someone else because they will mislead you, hurry into buying a property that has several issues and then gaslight you to think that they weren't any. They are really bad at responding to issues and will lie to reassure you. All of them seem to be pretty bad at their jobs and I don't understand how they're still standing.
The staff members at Foxtons Bridge try to make you feel as though they're doing you a favour that they're sorting out these issues for us well nope, it's your job to do that anyways!
They will miss several procedures and protocols which have been costly, in our experience our flat has really bad mould which has made really sick because I have underlying health conditions. The property manager Brendan Hind should not be working there as he is the one who cut corners just sell us a flat that had several issues that needed to be fixed before moving in. He needs to be dismissed.
I will not be choosing Foxtons again for any future renting, for anyone wanting to go with them stay away and choose someone else!
