WORSE AGENCY IN LONDON!! MOREOVER, the landlord criticized us because we were being loud for "just a few £ deducted". TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. This is the message, which summarizes our situation, that I sent them without receiving any answer (of course!): Our money has been used without informing us before. It was our right to have the chance to call someone to clean and not to have been noticed about this deduction just after the cleaning. Moreover, we haven’t been informed by your agency that there will be deductions from the deposit (which is not what it is in our contract). I wanted to add also that there was and still is a difficult worldwide situation where everyone tried to make their best to help each other. We lost our job and asked just ONE TIME to try to lower our rent (which didn’t happen). We paid two months of rent even without staying in London. We left the studio before the end of the tenancy and you assured my partner that it was clean. We called for 2 weeks your secretary because she was the ONLY one to answering our calls and she assured us that there will be no deduction.... Read more

We are an investment company and Our company have been dealing with Adam & Co Estate Mr Motaz for the past 15 years they have managed to secure a number of buildings for us that we bought at a good price. Then when we by the buildings we convert them into flats and give it back to Adam & Co to manage.
