Billy has a heart of gold of which I have never experienced from a commercially focused person. He always looked the part and behaved the part. For me nobody will ever beat King Billy. A good estate agent and an even better guy. I love you

Overall had a very positive experience with Billy and team in the 1yr of renting. Move-in and move-out was convenient. The property rented was amazing, aptly located, well maintained and suited most of our requirements.
One area of improvement I would recommend is to improve the communication turnaround time.

Not the experience we expected. Before signing the contract we were promised to have some enhancements in the property but unfortunately not fulfilled, gave us some hard time. Overall wouldn’t recommend them but if no choice avoid dealing with Billy (Bilal) he is the worst.
