They have offered useful and trustworthy advice for the marketing of my property which I am looking to sell. I recently bought a new flat through Daniel Johns who also sold my property as well. The whole process was handled very professionally even when pressure was being applied from my buyers! I would highly recomend Chancellors and especially Daniel again! If I could give a sixth star i would!
Awful experience. Untrustworthy people. We did all the paperwork for letting a flat about month before our moving date and they didn't warn us the property was on sale (by themselves!) at the same time. We had signed the agreement, paid for the offer and still 10 days before our moving date, they said the landlord had accepted an offer for selling and wouldn't sign the agreement. Extremely unprofessional, never again.

This agency is only after eating innocent peoples money.They will be very nice to you at the time of purchasing the property.but when the time comes of of u vacating the property they bounce on u like anything.this fees that fees this is not done proper this you people dint live in a good state infact when everything is given in good condition they just after eating money.to get back your own deposit they take so much time to give back they trouble like anything this and that .not to be trusted!!!i am very dissapointed.

The whole process from arranging a viewing to sorting all the pre move-in paperwork, was the smoothest I have experienced. When looking for a property you often bounce between agents, however Chestertons proved they far outweigh competition with their quick responses and efficient support. The whole team were extremely helpful and friendly, and made our move feel effortless!!
The agency placed a sold sign outside my property (obviously by mistake) it was there for nearly 4 months despite calling on many occasions to remove it. When I finally decided to speak to a manager I was asked if I was sure it was a Chestertons sign! He told me someone would collect it that day. Of course they didn’t so I had to take it down to the office myself as I was sick of neighbors asking about the sale of my house!?! Extremely unprofessional
The quality of service is excellent and the staff working there were very kind. Also finding the type of property I wanted was very easy as they take you to the properties and show you around and the staff work fast and that resulted in me getting the property very quickly.
I am a landlord and rented out my house through FFS and their partner HOMESEEKERS in southall. The whole process was shambolic and i am surprised FFS have not been closed down by Trading Standards. I had a tenant through FFS who was paying his rent (on time) for over a year. Then 1 day i had a call from Mr Hunjan from FFS asking me to come to the office. When i met him, i was told that one of the employees of FFS had taken rent from various tenants and run away. What surprised me, was the fact that this alleged employee had not 1 but 3 months rent from various tenants and FFS did not know anything about it. FFS started writing threatening letters to my tenant and other tenants asking them to pay up. My tenant refused and also stopped paying the rent. It took me around a year and thousands of pounds in solicitor fees to get the tenant evicted. During the process, i found out that FFS had even taken a deposit and not secured it. They insisted they never took the deposit but the receipts from the tenant proved otherwise. I will advise you to save the hassle and avoid FFS and HOMESEEKERS Southall. I tried to contact Mr Lucky from Homeseekers on a number of occasions but he was not interested. Mr Lucky is agent who signed me up for letting my house.
