Poor customer service and discriminatory practices, please avoid! Won’t allow entry to office when displaying a clearly visible exemption badge. Anyone who isn’t aware that you can be exempt from wearing a face covering cannot be trusted to know the law in regards to selling houses. Poor show... Read more

Incompetent! Avoid!! These geniuses sent an engineer to the wrong addresss to repair a washing machine. The tenants didn’t know and the agent gave the wrong address to the engineer. The agent has no contract or anything else to do with us. One would think basic reading would be part of the estate agent repertoire... Engineer left his mess behind and wanted the machine as well! As he had ‘repaired’ it! The cheek!! No reply or contact from agent (Manuk) after contacting them. Even though I was promised a call back right away. Dodgy through and through. No apology from anyone. We are left to organise the cleaning and with doubts on what tampering went on with our machine as the engineer took some parts back. I would strongly recommend tenants and landlords to think twice before dealing with this poor excuse for an estate agent. There are plenty more in Hounslow to choose from. Still waiting for a response....... Read more

Poorest of the poor experience. They force you to clean your apartment buying unnecessary Amway products and afterwards will deduct money for cleaning. Even they don't visit before you leave your apartment so that they can do fraud business... Read more

Worst and horrible experience!!!! Staff are very unprofessional doesn't want to listen to their customers. If they make a mistake doesn't want to accept it. One time they will tell you something and they change their words in a minute. Very unreliable. My request to everyone is never ever go to this estate agent especially Hounslow west branch.... Had a very good experience with Lambourne Estate agents in Hounslow . They found a very good property with my specifications and within the time frame . I was relocating from India and my friends had gone and seen the property on my behalf. They were very friendly in dealing with my paper work and took care of some nitty bit things which pleased my wife.I strongly recommend to use them if you are looking to buy or rent in and around Hounslow. Wonderful service provided by my long-term Agency. As a landlord I must admit that during the 10 years of them managing my 6 properties, they have provided us with an excellent service, rent is paid on time, the condition of every property and their selection of tenants for each of my properties have been first-class. Many 'Estate Agencies' have come and GONE in Hounslow, Some of whom have 'taken' deposits and never returned them, some have never even paid me rent for Months but Lambourne SAVED ME!!! They have been around for almost 30 years and are the only ones that I can Trust in Hounslow. Wonderful service and would recommend to any Landlord to rent out their property or even Sell. ...
