Amazingly never call you back for days when you make serious offers on property, to be told when chasing them up that they were "too busy "to call me.
Sorry but what nonsense. .If contacting a prospective purchaser who has offered 5k less than the asking price with a mortgage offer in place is not your priority then what is. I found this very odd and the excuse of not wanting to pressure the seller into providing a yes or no to your offers very odd. AVOID THEM

As a inexperienced first time buyer I made an offer on a flat I viewed. Jonathan was such a rude and condescending man when dealing with my offer. I asked to be kept updated if better offers came in, and he gave me a lecture on how he doesnt "play one customer off against another". Yeah fair enough you could be polite about it, I'm not an expert like you. Promised I'd never give them my business after that episode.
We didn't actually end up buying with KFH, but Kenrick did a lovely job working with us. Very helpful and professional throughout.
Very unhappy. I have spoken to your team and have requested the removal of a board which is in the wrong place, only to hear the gentleman on the other side of the phone sniggering under his breath. I was assured that the FOR SALE board would be taken down. I noticed someone from your team attend to the board in which I thought they were taking it down as per our discussion, however I feel like I am being mocked as instead of reallocating the board to it's correct place at the correct property; it was changed from FOR SALE to SOLD.
After experiencing problems with other estate agents in Enfield we had no problems with Lanes. We are very happy with the service provided by Gentian. We have no hesitation in recommending Lanes.

Was looking at a flat they had for rent in Hendon, London. Filled in all forms, to request viewing and they called back the next day - whilst I was at work, so of course I could not answer the phone whilst at work - got home from work and surprise surprise I found an email from these property agents where they emailed me at 5.58pm saying that they request and need me to turn up to the property (I requested) for viewing for 6pm. Giving me TWO MINUTES NOTICE to get to the property.
Funny!!!! Funny was, they left voicemail to call back but as I was at work I could not answer a personal call and I was working in an environment where I am talking to customers ALL DAY I could not give my attention to a personal phone call.
It was dead funny how they did not not ask where I work, or where I live etc and just ASSUMED that I'd be "free" and would be able to get to a viewing with only 2 minutes notice. Seriously common sense surely applies? I understand you are a business and needs to make money but do your brain should tell you to use your common sense (which should) tell you to give the customer more than 2 minutes notice to get to the property and to double check with the customer first if they are happy with the time and day of the appointment instead of assuming they are and should be free? What if they live more than 2 minutes away?

It also seems these people BRIBE people to write good reviews about them even if and when they write a review lower than 5* they bribe that person to change it to 5*. Just the way these guys have tried to bribe me with an offer of "We will give you so much discount off" for X or Y or Z off if you remove the review and change it. You know what they say, "If it sounds too good to be true" it prob is too good to be true and that there is SOMETHING wrong that they are not telling you about (until AFTER it has been dealt with
