We sold our house via James Hayward and mainly dealt with Stirling and Dee. Their service and advice, right from the initial valuation through to completion of the sale was first class. Stirling & Dee lined up many viewings and once we accepted an offer Stirling worked tirelessly to ensure that the chain was solid and everybody was kept informed.

Recently, Julian and the team at James Hayward, facilitated the sale of our property. After 17 years it was always going to be a huge step, and having not moved home for all those years didn’t know what to expect.
We really needn’t have worried, our house sold in 7 days and during the minefield that followed, which is now the norm, Julian was always at hand to help us and guide us through the sale.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!
I recently completed on the purchase of a property with James Hayward. It certainly wasn’t as straight forward as it could have been (no fault of the company) but Julian went above and beyond to ensure completion happened. He worked tirelessly liaising with a number of solicitors and the vendor. Without Julian, the purchase would not have completed!
The length of time it took to complete meant I had contact with several members of the James Hayward Team (Julian, Dee and Stirling to name a few) and ALL of them were helpful and professional ensuring I got the answers I needed and being a reassuring voice at the end of the phone. A huge thank you to the whole team involved.

I was very impressed with the support from everyone at James Hayward, but with special thanks to Stirling who has his finger on the pulse, and kept up the momentum in very difficult circumstances. Without his persistence, our chain could quite easily have fallen through with huge financial implications, and the buyers could quite easily have lost their preferential rate mortgage offer at a time when interest rates were rising rapidly. I would be happy to recommend their services.

Sterling was exceptional a great support to me and my family through the whole process , Dee is amazing also always keeping me updated , in fact all of the team at Chase Side Enfield branch were amazing.
