We have just completed our property purchase through Atkinsons and the whole team have been amazing from start to finish. Nic took the time to ask questions and understand what kind of property we were looking for at the start of our search, and because she had taken the time to get to get to know us was able to identify and show us a property that ticked every box just as it was coming to market. That house is now our house, and while the process of getting from offer accepted to completion became complex and difficult at times as we lost our initial buyers, we had Claire supporting us and making sure the sale and chain stayed together to complete. We are grateful for their genuine attitudes, friendliness, support and professionalism and that as agents they were kind and patient throughout.

Having used the rental section of Atkinsons for many years, our decision to sell through them was an easy one.
Our house sold in 10 days, very close to the asking price. Our delight was short lived as the chain collapsed and then the election was announced! Everything suddenly went very quiet.
However the sales team did not give up and it wasn’t too long before another buyer was found and the sale was completed in just 8 weeks.
I would describe Nic, Jane and Claire as very friendly and professional. They certainly know the local market and throughout the process provided advice and regular updates. Nothing was too much trouble.
They are a great bunch of people and I’d recommend them highly.

Having managed our rental property well for the past 10 years I obviously used Atkinsons Residental when the time came to sell it. The sale turned out to be a bit of a nightmare with the first two buyers pulling out (one at the point of exchange) and a difficult solicitor for the third. The whole team worked like Trojans, finding potential purchasers, conducting viewings, chasing the eventual purchasor and his solicitor, arranging small bits of remedial work required by lenders and even popping in to turn on the heating etc in the winter. Nic and Claire, who took the brunt of the process, were professional, reassuring and remained contactable throughout. In summary Atkinsons took the stress out of a very protracted and often frustrating 13 month process and, in my experience, went above and beyond what I might have expected in order to get the sale completed. We have another property in Enfield and if/when we come to dispose of that we will certainly go back to Atkinsons.

Our sale and purchase were part of a chain, which did get a little tense at times. Not all property transactions are easy particularly in this climate. If you want an agency who know what they are doing Atkinsons is great. We used Atkinsons Residential recently for the selling and buying of our house. The 3 main ladies whom we dealt with was, Nic, Jane and Claire.
Upon meeting Nic, I knew I wanted to use Atkinsons, she was friendly, attentive and down to earth. They are a all female team, which I have never come across and they have blown us away with their meticulous dedication, professionalism, and personal touch. Jane was super efficient, on point and always available when we needed her. Through each stage, their communication with us and with each other was phenomenal, whoever I spoke with, knew our files extensively, we always get a reply even out of hours. Claire, a big shout out to you, I know you worked crazy hours with us, even when you were on holiday.
You have all given us such a wonderful experience during the whole process on what is suppose to be a very stressful time, but all of your support has really made a difference.
Hardworking, efficient and meticulous, would highly recommend, could not have asked for a better Estate agent on our side.

It is over 20 years since I sold a house so was dreading it. However, the experience with Atkinsons was excellent. Estate agents get a bad reputation but any negative sentiments can’t be applied to Atkinsons. I had dealings with three different women at Atkinsons and they were all great. Responsive, reliable, friendly and genuine. The sale was long and drawn out (none of which was their fault) and they held my hand throughout when I was losing my nerve. I would highly recommend them.

Horrible Agent, they will never help the Tenant, they are here only for the Landlord,
I found a new house to move to, I emptied all my staff and cleaned the house, Instead of giving me my Deposit, Agent Kaleigh Adler sent me an email saying I have to pay £200 to clean the house again, and also 40% will take from the deposit to Repainted the house.
The worst thing is they will lie in everything for you to pay things for the Landlord. I know my English is not great, but their lot of wrong things they do

We recently purchase a property and as first time buyers Atkinsons were great throughout the entire process.
The agents who worked with us were all incredibly helpful and understanding, particularly as we had lots of questions as first time buyers. The had no problem meeting us later in the evening to view the property so we could go after work (and we viewed it like 5 times!).
We also had regular phone calls and updates from everyone and not once did I have to chase or ask for information on what was happening with the sale.
I've previously dealt with some questionable estate agents during my years renting and Atkinsons were a breath of fresh air in comparison - can't recommend them highly enough.

I have now used Atkinsons to sell a third flat from our portfolio and yet again they have done an excellent job throughout the process.
Since my last review (see below), I have used Atkinsons Residential for a second time to sell another flat and they have continued to provide an excellent service. I will be using them again to sell the remainder of my portfolio over the coming years.
Alan and the team did a great job for us selling a 2 bed flat in Enfield. From the initial engagement, where we discussed how to best present the property through to completion where Nicky facilitated all parties to progress through the admin side more speedily and without things falling through cracks. I would definitely recommend then and use them again.

Atkinsons have been wonderful, prompt, diligent and just really nice to work with! I certainly chose the correct agents! Right from the outset, Atkinsons shone above the rest. Their first contact with me with a written valuation and company introduction was prompt, professional, courteous, very well written and presented. The sale presentation and attention to detail was meticulous. Atkinsons handled all the viewings themselves, and a sale was agreed within a few days. During the paperwork and admin phase, leading up to exchange and completion, Atkinsons were forefront in ensuring all solicitors and clients were up to date and queries were speedily dealt with to prevent any delays. I really could not have had better service, Atkinsons were exemplary.

Very unprofessional behaviour. They advertise in the Zoopla and Rightmove. From the first minute of advertisement contacted with them for Viewing. They just said keys are not available, staffs will be call you. It not just one time I have same experience it happened twice with them. Call and call from the beginning. Of the advertisement. Later just said it was rented. Even do not answer to email. There is no queue system. They even can't give opportunity to view the property . very very very disappointing behaviour.

I recently bought a house in EN1 through Atkinsons Residential but I originally enquired about the house through another estate agent in Enfield.
The other agent wasn't responding back to my calls or emails so I decided to contact Atkinsons. I was put through to Pablo who was very professional, he would respond within hours of messaging him and we managed two get the house completed in few weeks.

I was asked about my income more than they was asking from what they were advertising. But still was been questioning down about my salary then yelled at me that I was not coming in with that amount. The person was not very uneducated as I was asked what would I be coming home with after tax she calculated my salary after tax as a yearly annual which is completely stupid. I would give them zero stars if it was an option. Very nasty company.

As someone who was not a fan of your average estate agent, when I was looked for a home to buy - I met tons of agents, most of whom fit the usual bill! Then I bought a house via Atkinsons and now I'm here wanting to talk about the seamless and professional service I received from them.
Sales manager Sam was informed, helpful and showed me properties that only matched my brief. He was adept at negotiating with the seller so both parties were happy. Once the sale was underway, Nicola walked me through all the steps and the nuances of my particular sale, so I didn't feel too stressed. I was a first-time buyer and my solicitors weren't up to scratch but the two above mentioned names were really helpful, always took my calls and helped a lot in the final stages. They were great.

Upon completion we received personalised moving address cards to send to family and friend which was a lovely touch. We would highly recommend them for a great service.

Where do I start, I was meant to view a property at 6pm, and then received a voice message that I was meant to be there at 5:45pm as she had to show another property. I was the 1st to make an offer and then was told someone else made an offer the day after. Told me that they will alert landlord and inform me who the Landlord decides to choose. I had to call the office and was told, Oh you have to be there on the Saturday to measure up, I asked why didn't I get a call, and then they realised I was not the accepted tennant!! They gave me a lame excuse...if this is a reflection on the Agency, I would stay clear from them.

Sam and Alan kept us informed at all times of how the marketing of our property was progressing and advised us accordingly leading up to our sale. Following our offer, Sam supported us through a difficult few months, where our kind and understanding buyer and ourselves were subjected to the stereotype of (other) Estate Agents.
Once a purchase began we had the wonderful Nicola to progress our sale.
Both Sam and Nicola were open, honest and trustworthy. They never lost sight of the fact they were dealing with people lives, families, future and money! They were reassuring, driven and compassionate. If only all of the Estate Agents involved could have been like them!
I will miss their calls and can never thank them enough as I sit writing this in my family's 'forever home.

my experince was very bad.i viewed a property which i realy liked i told the girl i belive her name was sandra she was dealing with renting .she made me and my husband come and go for 3 days and i knew it from the start she was playing with us ,so i told my brotherinlaw call ask if this property is available they said no sorry it has been rented.i will never ever go back to this agency or recomend it to any one personaly speaking.its very rude to play with people.

Poorly organised from my experience. I I arranged a booking for a property only to be told on the same day that it is now cancelled because the staff who is assigned to show it to us went home as she was sick. I asked Sarah to rearrange the next day to which she allocated to Chelsie. So we drove up to 5 miles from where we are with my 2 young children and was waiting for about 10mins with no signs of anyone in the property. When I rang the office, only to be told that there was nothing booked for us that day and anyways, the property is now taken because someone has put up a deposit that morning. They should have a proper way to deal these things in a professional way. I am sure that this situation is common to happen and they should be able to handle this.
I also find their conversation over the phone as appalling. I have registered with different estate agencies, and in my opinion in comparison with others, they don't sound polite, honest and professional over the phone. I guess that's why they preferred to use the mode of texting and email to communicate as they needed extra training to handle calls in a professional way.
Finally, the irony of all this, they texted me back a week later with a property and it was the same property that we have asked to view! But with my experience, I lost all the confidence with them and stayed away with them.

The standard of property viewed was consistently high and Chelsie completely understood and took into account our very specific requirements from day one. Appointment times were always very flexible and Chelsie was always in attendance and was able to answer any questions we had on the property.
After acceptance Nicky was also very supportive throughout the paperwork stage and make the process that much easier and quicker.

I could not fault the service provided by Atkinsons Residential. I had used their Letting Line team for the rental of my property in the past and was extremely satisfied with the service that they provided. Attentive, informative and nothing seemed to be too much for them.
Therefore when it came to selling the property there was only one estate agents to choose - Atkinsons Residential.
The same quality of Customer Service was provided by the team on the sale. I was kept informed at each stage of the sale. Any questions I had were quickly responded too via my preferred method of email.

Having sold a property with Atkinsons Residential this summer I can honestly say that the team here were brilliant from start to finish.
Sales Manager Daniel is very professional and his all round honest and friendly approach made me trust them with my house sale as opposed to going elsewhere.
Once an offer was placed on my house they have a dedicated Sales Progressor in the form of Nicky who again is very professional and deals with the solicitors on both sides to completion.
The quality of photos taken to showcase the house were also of a very high quality and likely to be better than competitors elsewhere.
These guys come highly recommended!
