Having managed our rental property well for the past 10 years I obviously used Atkinsons Residental when the time came to sell it. The sale turned out to be a bit of a nightmare with the first two buyers pulling out (one at the point of exchange) and a difficult solicitor for the third. The whole team worked like Trojans, finding potential purchasers, conducting viewings, chasing the eventual purchasor and his solicitor, arranging small bits of remedial work required by lenders and even popping in to turn on the heating etc in the winter. Nic and Claire, who took the brunt of the process, were professional, reassuring and remained contactable throughout. In summary Atkinsons took the stress out of a very protracted and often frustrating 13 month process and, in my experience, went above and beyond what I might have expected in order to get the sale completed. We have another property in Enfield and if/when we come to dispose of that we will certainly go back to Atkinsons.

Started the process as FTB at the end of January 2024 and completed end of March 2024. Couldn’t be happier with the team! We had initial viewing with Jane, who was incredibly friendly and helpful by answering all our questions about the property and submitting our offer. We continued and completed the process with Claire, who was very professional and diligent, helped us throughout the process and resolved all of the issues we encountered. Thank you all!

Recently bought our family home through Atkinsons Residential. Both Jane and Claire were great...very responsive, good advice and felt they were on our side. The sale went through smoothly. We bought and sold in Enfield last year and the whole process was made so much easier by the Atkinsons team and the fabulous Nic. Our sale and purchase were part of a chain, which did get a little tense at times. But Nic and the team were always on the other end of the phone to offer calm advice, ensure the sale went through and that the chain held. Atkinsons sold our much loved family home late last year.
After an initial buyer had pulled out of the purchase, within one day, Atkinsons had secured another buyer.
I was very impressed with the friendly service and great communication with all the staff at the estate agents.

Recently sold a property through Atkinsons. The team play close attention to detail particularly Claire she's great calm, methodical and always follows up on actions agreed. Not all property transactions are easy particularly in this climate. If you want an agency who know what they are doing Atkinsons is great. I cannot give Claire enough credit if there was option I would give her and Atkinsons 7 stars!
