I have recently rented my property out via Kings Enfield and have been very pleased with the entire process. Kings have a large clientele, my property was like gold dust with this management company and they excelled from start to finish.
Elleisha and Sophie in particular have worked exceptionally hard to ensure it has all been a smooth process, they both found me the perfect tenants (so far so good) and have had fantastic communication with myself throughout.
I have been a bit of a nightmare at times, asking endless questions, not accepting offers and making the process longer than it needed to be, but they never made me feel I was being a burden, and here we are today! Happy tenants and a happy landlord, thank you very much!

I have rented from them in past, and they were terrible. They promised a professionaly cleaning of the carpets before we entered the house, however this was done after we were inside for 2 months. When we left they claimed the cleaning on our deposit. On top of that they tried to claim several other issues as if it was our fault. Luckily we found picture of older ads of the flat with the problems already there. I will never buy or rent from them again.

We had a few estate agents round but kings stood out with their enthusiastic & positive attitudes - although there may have been slightly cheaper agents out there, I wouldn’t use anyone else; the 3-4 profession & polite staff organised & assisted potential buyers remaining professional every-time, views mainly consisted of a weekend within 15 minutes of each other . The fact they don’t get their fee until they sold took pressure off us, we never felt rushed into making any decisions. You may not get through to who you need to speak to on the day but you’ll always get an answer by close of business. We actually had a buyer pull out during the process but kings remained calm and straight on it again. Spoke to someone named jay or james on the phone from the lettings department as I needed some advice, he was very very helpful and made time for my query unlike other agents I have spoken to lately, I have not rented a property just yet, but I will always recommend and in the future rent.

The reason why outstanding customer service.
I have used kings letting for the last 6 plus years for my flat
My last tenant left due to rent arrears Robyn went above and beyond to keep me updated
With the new process for my new tentants.
Every process of contracts etc very prompt answered all my questions.
I also dealt with James Cecil.from the enfield branch
James in person dealt brilliantly with getting a super quick turn around 1week
Getting my new tenants in.got contractors in to paint and clear out old stuff out.
Keeping me informed by phone and email.
While I was away on holiday nothing was too much advised me with every thing that happening.
I would also give James 10 stars
Both James and Robyn are a credit to kings.

AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trying to sell my property with them and they are terrible . Do not be fooled by the confident approach .
Went with them as they offered lower commission 0.75% compared to competitors and I regret immensely !!!!
Lack of experience , no knowledge of area , time wasting viewings just to look good .

I have a property about 10 minutes away from this branch and I sold it through another agent. I was going to go through kings group but found out by my friends niece who had worked there that they mistreat staff & give them way bellow minimum wage roughly around £700 from what I was told, which is basically cheap labour. I dont know how crooks like this get away with such thing. Before I do any purchases & Business I like to research the company to see what kind of people im benefiting & I truly didnt want to be contributing to such crooks who getaway with murder like this. I think HMRC should look into this company & give those poor staff a hand. Basically people do not feed & benefit such people like this & give them any business.

I don't know how they still operate, all staff are new, no experience, they just waiting for buyer to call asking about my property they had no evidence on trying to sell my property except for sending random emails to everyone on their record on the hope someone will call back, I have passed their office few times and notice they all swinging on their chairs like kings but no one seems making sales calls.

Amazingly never call you back for days when you make serious offers on property, to be told when chasing them up that they were "too busy "to call me.
Sorry but what nonsense. .If contacting a prospective purchaser who has offered 5k less than the asking price with a mortgage offer in place is not your priority then what is. I found this very odd and the excuse of not wanting to pressure the seller into providing a yes or no to your offers very odd. AVOID THEM
