Andy was contracted to complete some works at my property. They failed to complete the agreed works on the quote, and instead completed other jobs which were not requested or wanted. The quality of the work completed was extremely poor, and questionable if anything was done in some places. The boxing which they were meant to repair is still damaged, they just painted over it and was showing the damage again after one day. They did however manage to paint the curtains and carpets. When contacted to repair and resolve the poor work, the owner of the company Andy seems to think responding in an aggressive manner is appropriate, has refused to engage and provide any resolution. For future people engaging with this company I have attached photos of the quality of work received.... Read more
