Gino goes above & beyond keeping you updated & replies to any queries you may have very quickly, giving you honest feedback. He has a vast knowledge & a lovely way about him, making you feel at ease, knowing your housing needs are being properly looked after. Lisa is excellent at her job of sales progressing, knowing exactly what is going on at any time with your sale & if it’s one of her days off, rather than having to wait until she is back in, Connor is straight onto your email query & replies back to you instantly.
We would very happily use again.

Highly recommend Gino's Estate Agents. Gino and his team Connor and Lisa handled our property sale and purchase with great care and dedication. Great communication at all times, had our property sold very quickly AND found us our next home the next day! The whole process was smooth and with very little stress. Lisa was very helpful in keeping all parties in check and the sale & purchase moving along as quick as possible. Also excellent after care from Gino. I hope we'll be at our new home for many years to come but I will be sure to seek Gino out the next time we need to move on. Thank you Gino & team.

We accepted one of two offers before the house was formally listed.

I can't rate Gino and his team, especially Lisa, highly enough. We had a stressful time with both our's and the buyer's solicitors. However Gino and Lisa were friendly, helpful and very proactive in getting things moving forward. I don't think we would have had the sale complete without them. We had a difficult property to sell with challenging time constraints. They never failed to get back to me and keep us updated, much more useful than the solicitors ever were. Thank you Gino and Lisa, a very positive presence in an otherwise emotional and frustrating situation. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

What a team! Gino, Connor & Lisa have gone above and beyond to help us sell our house. Communication has been top notch as the team have lead us through the Sale. I really hope rumours will be quashed ref under pricing property! I had several valuations and they were all the same as Gino! I set the price I wanted to achieve for my property and Gino and the team worked their socks off to meet my valuation.
