Gino goes above & beyond keeping you updated & replies to any queries you may have very quickly, giving you honest feedback. He has a vast knowledge & a lovely way about him, making you feel at ease, knowing your housing needs are being properly looked after. Lisa is excellent at her job of sales progressing, knowing exactly what is going on at any time with your sale & if it’s one of her days off, rather than having to wait until she is back in, Connor is straight onto your email query & replies back to you instantly.

I can't rate Gino and his team, especially Lisa, highly enough. We had a stressful time with both our's and the buyer's solicitors. However Gino and Lisa were friendly, helpful and very proactive in getting things moving forward. I don't think we would have had the sale complete without them. We had a difficult property to sell with challenging time constraints. They never failed to get back to me and keep us updated, much more useful than the solicitors ever were. If you’re looking to put your house on the market, you absolutely can’t go wrong with Gino’s. From the moment we first began to think about selling until the point at which we completed, Gino, Conner and Lisa were there with us every step of the way, answering my many hundreds of questions and doing everything within their power to ensure that the whole process was as smooth and trouble-free as possible. Gino came and valued our property personally and was honest and upfront about issues that we might encounter during the process of selling. Conner was incredibly helpful every time we spoke and Lisa went out of her way to keep us updated on a regular basis. The whole team were so proactive that I hardly had to do a thing. Selling a property on behalf of an elderly parent and dealing with moving them into a retirement home is never an easy thing, but managing the whole process from another country added yet another level of difficulty. We were impressed with Gino from our very first meeting with him. We opted to go with his company to sell our house and are delighted we did. We are emigrating and hoped to be there before Christmas but Gino suggested most transactions take at least 3 months. He had the house on Right Move in two and a half days and it was sold subject to contract three days later. Completion took place today, 9 weeks from our first meeting. We cannot praise Gino and Connor too highly but Lisa, their sales progressor, was fantastic. She constantly kept us up to date with what was happening and certainly enabled the sale to be completed without a hitch. We will be in NZ for Christmas thanks to their efforts and this is something we did not think would be possible. We highly recommend them. Thank you.

In the past six months I have used Gino to sell both my parents house and my own. He sold my parents house in three days and my own didn't even make it on to the market! He had a potential buyer who had been looking in the area and showed them my property for which they instantly offered the full asking price.
I cannot recommend Gino and his team highly enough. Along with Lisa, he was constantly chasing and checking things to keep the chain moving! Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The sale of my own property was an absolute nightmare due to a solar panel issue. Gino was helpful and was constantly reassuring both myself and my buyers.
I think the one of the best things about them is they put a realistic price on both houses, something other estate agents fail to do.
I cannot thank Gino and Lisa enough for all the hard work they put into selling both properties and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

My late grandmother's bungalow was his first property to sell when Gino's Estate Agents was launched back in 2021 - although it was clear that he was an absolute professional and knew exactly what he was doing after years of previous experience.
It's no wonder his company has grown and is thriving in just a couple of years. We purchased our first home through Gino’s and found them to be excellent.
Connor showed us round a couple of houses and answered all our questions. We found he wasn’t pushy at all, just very straightforward and pleasant to deal with which made me feel like we could fully take our time to look around and make our decision, and was a great experience considering I had dealt with some other agents who had gone with more of a sales approach which wasn’t for me.
After we put in an offer on the property which was accepted Connor kept us updated every step of the way and was in regular contact with everyone involved in the sale to keep things running smoothly, he even got updates from my solicitor before I did! Which was handy as it meant I was regularly updated with everything going on and never felt like I was out of the loop.
I also had a few emails/conversations with Gino during the process and also found him great to deal with, really helpful and friendly.
I honestly couldn’t rate them higher, they made the purchase of our first home smooth and straightforward.
If we are to sell in the future (although we love our house so will be very distant future lol) we will absolutely be using Ginos - would highly recommend!

Before Gino set up his own estate agent, he worked with another company in Nailsea. We bought our house from him and found him to be outstanding. Honest, reliable and trustworthy.
There was no question in our mind who we wanted to sell it when the time came. He was every bit as good selling for us as he was to buy from.
Our only disappointment is that his colleague took more of the viewings than he did, which of course was not in his control. In the words of a mutual friend “Gino’s the one you fall in love with”

Outstanding Service provided by Gino's Estate agent's. I was at the very early stages of putting the property on the market and had so many questions I wanted answers for rather than 'googling'. Gino could not have helped more and you could tell he was so sincere even though there was no guarantee we would even sell. We intend to put the house on the market early June and will be with Gino's Estate agent's. We have bought and sold two houses with Gino as our main contact and we wouldn't use anyone else! Very professional and highly recommended. Nothing was ever a problem for him, even when dealing with a couple of nervous first time buyers. He listened to what we wanted rather than simply bombarding us with properties. If we were ever to sell in the area again, we would certainly use Gino's.

As a first time buyer, the thought and process of purchasing our first home was at times stressful and overwhelming. If you are looking for an estate agent, I can't recommend Gino highly enough. Not only is he a thoroughly lovely guy, he really knows the Nailsea market well. We sold our house for exactly what he said we'd achieve, despite it being 'one of a kind' and Grade II listed.
