My elderly mother bought a flat through Mark Templar and we were incredibly impressed with the sales team. From the very first viewing they did everything they could to ensure a smooth transaction. Having nearly bought through a competitor in Clevedon and not been treated very respectfully it was a berate of fresh air to work with the team at Mark Templer. Very helpful and did their utmost to answer our questions and guide me and my partner through our first purchase together! Would definitely recommend and they live up to their title of the best in the village!

The rental process was seamless and transparent, I was kept informed at all times and felt confident that the team were working to ensure the property was available as soon as possible.
Mark Templar employs an easy interface which simplifies the exchange of documents and other pertinent information. I could log back it at any time to see the status of my transaction.

Mark Templer at Clevedon Branch have been fantastic – professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. My dad was keen to find a buy to let but felt uncertain how best to proceed so with little experience myself I agreed to help him. It involved his savings so it felt potentially insecure and risky. Thankfully, Mark Templer were there to expertly and successfully navigate and guide us through out.
We were both pleasantly surprised and delighted how straightforward and quick the process was from viewings, to buying the property. The Mark Templer team were brilliant in helping to secure him a lovely two bedroom house in Clevedon and find a wonderful family to live there.
Their wealth of property knowledge, good team work and communication skills made the entire process straightforward and stress free. I initially was considering managing the property myself, but as my confidence in their experience and expertise developed, I decided I’d feel happier handing over that responsibility to them. Giovanna at the Letting Branch has similarly proven to be excellent in keeping us informed with issues relevant to the property and as a mediator with the tenant so that their interests are considered and the property is well maintained and cared for.
It feels immeasurably good and a grateful relief to know that it was the right decision to put our trust in the Mark Templer team, in regards to both buying and managing my Dad’s buy to let. We are immensely thankful to them for all their hard work and commitment in making it such a rewarding, positive and worthwhile endeavour for us both.

If you are a landlord in need of selling your property I urge you to do your tenants a kindness and not use this estate agents. I constantly had to remind them as a tenant I am entitled to 24hrs notice, they also allowed a viewer to bring a dog into the garden when they knew I had a cat. They constantly contacted me when they knew I was on holiday or at a wedding, the emails and calls literally didn't stop to the point where I do believe it was a breach of peaceful enjoyment of the property. They also brought a viewer without telling me when they said they were just going to take photos - again without permission or 24hrs notice
