Had Matthew Keegan around on June 13th for an EPC. Still haven’t received it as of June 21st. His response to calls and emails is appalling. He sent me an invoice with the wrong property number on and no mention on it of what the invoice was for ! Keeps promising to reply but never does.... Read more

I arranged to view a property in Annette Road, London, N7. When the agent showed me the property, it was not the one that they had displayed in the photos on Rightmove. So a complete waste of time. I requested that the company refund me my underground expenses and they rudely declined.... Read more
