We couldn't recommend Reyland Johnson highly enough. Brandon helped us to sell our flat on three different occasions due to a defective lease causing issues and within a week each time. Brandon was great at chasing solicitors on our behalf and was professional and friendly throughout. Its nice to now have another estate agents in Sawbridgeworth to maybe give the others some competition. We used both Intercounty and Wright and Co previously and did not get the same great service Reyland Johnson provided.

Sonny and Brandon have been just brilliant during our house sale. The one thing that really stood out is their impeccable communication. They never left us waiting for an answer and always picked up their calls and emails on the same day - usually within 15mins, which is just un heard of. They updated us several times a week and just made us feel taken care of. I frankly wish we had more properties to sell just to continue working with them!

Super service from 2 great professionals at Reyland Johnson Sawbridgeworth. Having had a couple of other agents value my property, they were slow to act and appeared pretty disinterested. Not Reyland Johnson! My property was valued and marketed within 24 hours, (plus I had a buyer within 48 hours!). Brandon & Sonny were both extremely professional, and communicative throughout the sale process. Always available to take my calls, always polite and helpful. They recommended a local Solicitor, who was also excellent, and together worked to a exchange and completion in just over a couple of months, despite a couple of small issues along the way. Thank you both for your hard work.

I cannot recommend Reyland Johnson more highly! We met with different estate agents in the Terlings Park/Sawbridgeworth areas when selling our home. Reyland Johnson immediately stood out for their professionalism, expert knowledge and experience, and kindness. We first met with Sonny, who valued our home. He gave us helpful advice and insights (including pricing strategy) that we didn't receive from others – these were very beneficial. We then worked with both Sonny and Brandon – they are wonderful, and an excellent team. Sonny and Brandon care deeply about their clients and go above and beyond to help and support them through the sales process. This was our first experience selling a property. It made such a difference to us to have such considerate, knowledgeable, honest, and reliable estate agents on our side, guiding us through the twists and turns of the process. They communicated with us regularly and clearly so that we always knew what to expect. They gave us honest and valuable advice throughout the process – we felt very well looked after all the way through. It was also clear that they put in a lot of extra time to ensure that our experience was as smooth and as easy as possible. Ultimately, we knew that we were in the best of hands with Sonny and Brandon. Looking back, I can’t imagine having listed our property with anyone else. I recently purchased a property sold through Reyland Johnson, and can attest that the experience as a buyer is very positive.
The main contributor to my assessment is just how proactive they have been in regards to the purchase. They never pestered me - but did actively take steps to ensure things were on track throughout the process. I had a few speed bumps along the way (unrelated to them), and they were able to manage expectations on all sides while keeping their own line of communication with my solicitor. That meant I didn't have to parrot everything between the two parties.
Both agents working with me were friendly and personable and, from my perspective, have done their part perfectly.
All that's left now is to find good movers...

After meeting with a selection of estate agents in the area we were immediately drawn towards Reyland Johnson. They weren’t pushy unlike others we met. Their valuation was on the nail and their customer care was very reassuring. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Sonny Montalto at Reyland Johnson estate agents in Sawbridgeworth, Herts.
We approached Sonny with our requirements of a 3/4 bed house within local vicinity of the school, shops restaurants etc. With minutes of our enquiry, he showed us a property that fitted the bill nicely. We arranged a viewing, made an offer, and exchanged contracts 28 days later and managed to just beat the stamp duty deadline!!
The team at RJ were very helpful all the way through and kept us in all correspondence until the day we moved in!!
I couldn’t recommend them high enough and if we decide to move in the future, we’ll definitely be using these guys.
