We found Clarknewman through Get an Agent. Lewis was very friendly and professional at our first meeting. Once we had decided on using Clarknewman we visited their office and found the whole team had the same qualities as Lewis. Throughout the process they have all been great, helping at every opportunity to get the property sold.
The 360 walk through and guide for the property was carried out promptly and really showcased the property.

Clarknewman we're professional from the get go and we're keen to get the process started, and this showed as within the week we had our evaluation, show photos taken and was on the market.
Lewis came and done our evaluation and had confidence in selling our property which was on point as we sold just over the asking price and within 6 days.
Sam was on the ball throughout and couldn't do anymore for us, we did have some hiccups on the buyers end but Sam was sure to keep on top of this and kept us up to date through the whole process, can't ask for much more...
Would also like to thank the staff in the office as they we're always helpful and proactive.

From the start this agent has been by far the best I've have dealt with Harlow. They did everything that was requested of them without a need to chase them. We received the same level of service for every person we spoke to in the office. Nothing was ever to much trouble for them. They also managed to make our dream of owning our own house come true. The boys at Clark Newman are a cut above the rest. They were recommended to us, and I genuinely wouldn’t use another agency to sell our home. Although our place fell through at the 11th hour (unavoidable) they were exceptional from the point of instruction to it falling through. Sam initially came out to our place in Newhall, they took photos exactly how I’d asked them to, they listed the house the same day & lined up viewings within hours (which resulted in multiple offers) they communicated better than any other agency I’ve known, sales progression was great & even when it fell through, they didn’t make us feel badly for all the work they’d both put in.
