I called this agent, and I got through to someone who hanged up the phone on me twice and refused to give his name for me to complain to the manager. He was unwilling to take my contact details and said the "girl" (his words) who is dealing with my enquiry was not in the office yet at 12 noon! On the 2nd time he hanged the phone on me, without giving me his name or allowing me to speak to anyone else, he said, "do whatever you want mate". If I am one of the people selling my house via this company I would be seriously worried, and take my business elsewhere.
