At first I thought what a great team.. I found a property and made contact on a Thursday.. said I wanted to arrange viewing but was toldtold to staff holiday it wasn't possible until the following week. They advise I call the next day and make an arrangement. I tried both friday and saturday too leaving voicemails and messages with sales team. No responses back.. I call Monday morning to be told the flat was gone.. waste of time and I hope this review makes people think twice before calling this particular branch. Be grateful I can't put 0 stars!
We have recently purchased our first property through Petty and we had a great experience. The process was incredibly smooth and quick. Everybody is helpful; they were available every time we needed access to the property before exchange. We were quite apprehensive in regards to buy our first property and Kinga gave us honest and precious advice. Elaine and Francesca made sure that everything went smoothly from start to finish. We cannot recommend them enough!!!
After showing interest in an apartment in Snaresbrook and arranging a viewing by phone, I received an email confirming the address and time for the viewing. As it turned out, I was given the wrong postcode and therefore arrived at the wrong address, a 20 minute walk away from where the property was actually located. I received a call from Du Preez Botha who asked me where I was and, after explaining to him that he had indeed given me the wrong postcode he said "well I had the same postcode as you and have never been here before myself and I've managed to find it". Although I should have checked the name of the road itself as well as the postcode, I did only use the postcode as I was using my google maps app. Estate agents are by nature rather arrogant people who know the rental market well, they have a lot of interest in each property. Having said this, if a mistake is made on one's part, one should accept this, not blame the client. He did apologise, although this didn't feel too sincere. I also work in a very busy office where I am responsible for providing addresses to clients. So a word of advice from me would be to: A. double check both the number / name and street name and B. make sure the postcode provided to a potential client matches the address. In this way the time wasted for both parties will be avoided.
Outlook have managed one of our properties for the last 5 months. Our dealings with them have always been good. We have found them helpful and efficient.
I've dealt with 4 other estate agents in the past and never felt the need to warn other people of their dreadful service provided, from start to finish we received incredibly lazy communications, expect to wait a week for an email reply, you can try calling but you'll be never get past the receptionist who makes a false promise of a call back.
We would recommend Your Move Forest Gate - a great team. Mario and Filipe are hardworking, helpful and accommodating. They even tidied our kitchen for an unexpected viewing!
The worst agency I have deal with. The costumer service was rude and not polite at all. I call to arrange a viewing and they cut off the phone straight away because they assumed I received benefits, which I don’t. Really unprofessional. Disappointed there’s still agencies who hire people like this. They don’t even deserve a 1 start.
I am very happy with Foxton service. I have meet a few state agent with Foxton and also other agent to help me buy to let property, but Kevin Patel at Foxton Stratford branch is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He has gone beyond his duty to help me to find a great property in great location and I have ended up buying 2 properties with him. He also helps the buying process goes smoothly. I can’t recommend Kevin enough and no doubt I will contact him for further buys in future
They made pay £60 for missing cutlery that I had never been in the flat. Plus £165 check out fee!!!!!
