Are All Seasons Lettings - London Right For You?

All seasons property and management have had our property for four years without any trouble. However once we gave our intention to reclaim our property all seasons have been very difficult to get hold of for clear dates of when we would be receiving the property back. We have had to call them everyday and always get told they will ring back but they do not. Really have given us the runaround and still haven't got our property back three months down the line, and have fojbd out they only served our tenants with notice just two weeks before the datedwe needed then to leave. The owner Daniel has been unreachable for many months, and we have not been provided with any updates, reasons for delays or even answers. We have since discovered by speaking to our tenants that all seasons have lied to us on a number of occasions. As a result we are having to make altrnative childcare arrangements for our child, cancel our decorators, workmen, furniture orders. All seasons have still not contacted us. We will be making official complaints againts all seasons and then the property ombudsman. Steer clear, they are very poor at communication and do not value their clients. We will be telling all the people we recommended to this company about their dealings with us. Update 01/2019. Still no response from all seasons. They do not provide us with a court case reference so we can get an update from the courts as they will not update us about our own property. Considering legal action at this point as no response from company after we made an official complaint to them 3 months ago. These people are crooks.

Very good service! Spoke to Salmon in regards to queries on my property, he handled the situation very well and responded to me in good time via phone call and email. Will recommend to other landlords to rent their properties with All Seasons.

The worst place to ever go to. I gave them a deposit then after 3 years they refused to give it back. Whent to court and won the case. Very bad experience and untrustworthy.
