Really great estate agents, Cath and Lesley have been really helpful, before, during and after our tenancy! They’re really friendly and Lesley always gave good advice when she did the quarterly inspections of the flat.
Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Would use this estate agents again.

Lesley helped us purchase a flat. She was available to show us the flat multiple times before completion. She was polite and very professional in her communication. We kept each other in the loop with the sale progress and overall it was a non stressfull purchase for us.

Allison & Co were always prompt and helpful whenever I had a problem during my tenancy. They are one of the few Manchester letting agents who are fair during the checkout process. They refunded my entire deposit, which is a refreshing change. All staff are very friendly.

When I saw the place they promised to paint the walls and change the chairs, once I have signed they said that the landlord did not want, so no paint and no new chairs at the end. As there were no email proving it, I had to give up. The made me keep a broken huge vacuum cleaner because it was in the inventory. It was broken, and if I throw it away I had to replace it. I told them to come and check it, but no, I had to keep that thing. Then, they stopped replying my emails, they even did not answer calls. And when I finally decided to move out they asked me to pay £30 for giving a reference to my new agency!!!!
