Buying a house can be very stressful at the best of times but when it's your first time you need help. That is what I received from this office. I spotted a house of real interest and after a phone call a viewing was set up the very next day. My partner and I recently had a couple of house viewings with Thornley Groves in Monton and were shown round by Kelly McDermott. Kelly was polite, enthusiastic and very informative regarding both the properties/local area. Kelly’s service left a great impression and we would think about using Thornley Groves again in the future.

From start to finish we just can't fault the service provided from Lucy and Amber at Thornley Groves. Amber who we initially spoke to was very helpful and informative, and clearly pointed out what we needed to do to start the ball rolling with everything. Once we had our property listed and potential tenants started viewing our property we dealt with Lucy who again was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Lucy explained what the next steps were, what we needed, and was happy to organise a later move in date with the tenants whilst we got a few things sorted in the house. This was our first time dealing with this process and we would highly recommend Thornley Groves to any potential tenant or landlord as it's been a smooth process throughout. Also, after speaking to our tenants they have too mentioned how easy the process was and how much Thornley Groves had helped them.

Thornley Groves Monton have been excellent with helping my partner and I secure a property to rent. We first spoke to Kevin, who was inredibly informative, listened to and understood what we were looking for, and was constantly excited to show us new listings as they came up. Once we had found a great match, Lucy assisted us with administration and kept us frequently updated with the progress of our reference checks. She was also able to accommodate our move in date, as well as helping us with how to set up utilities and providing us with meter readings. As first time renters in an unusual situation we had lots of questions, but both Lucy and Kevin were able to assist us and we feel our experience with the estate agent has been wonderful. We look forward to moving in soon!

Me and my partner were searching for properties to rent for weeks and we come to know Thornley Groves team through an advertisement. They were extremely helpful from booking a viewing to moving to our new home. Process is very clear and they will help us to understand any confusion that we had.
Special thanks to Lucy and Amber, who help us each and every step of this process. They are always available for us to provide answers even after the moving in.
I highly recommended this estate agency to secure your new home, because all you have to do is just tell them that you are happy to rent/ buy the property. They will do the rest.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish , we couldn’t be happier with how easy the past few weeks have been getting everything sorted for us to move into our new home , nothing was to much trouble and our negotiator(Lucy Johnson ) has been incredible , she answered all of our questions really quickly and made sure everything was easy for us so we could enjoy getting our new home with no stress , we are confident that while renting through Thornley groves we won’t have any issues and couldn’t be happier with our new home !
