"Company has ceased trading", website is undergoing an update but phone still rings. - I'm owed £17K+ in rents + thousands more in interest and court costs, but Ltd Co "has no money, no assets". Anyone know who is managing all their properties now? Any tenants or Housing Services still paying rents in to this company or a delegated successor? Hoping to set up a Victims Group "ROAM" - ripped off by AM Property, to try and bring these crooks to justice

I have been trying to get in contact with am property for a month and no one is answering the phone I have been to the office in golbourne and its like its shut down has anyone had any contact with the office I am a tenant and am worried about the property i am renting.

Not ever 1 star.... They do not attend on booked viewing. Not even answer their phones. You cannot even book a viewing so I can imagine all the rest ...

I am a current tennent with this company I would advise anyone looking into renting a property from them to avoid at all costs. I have been in one of there houses for a year and a half the first couple of months went fine then it came to july my boiler broke to the point I could not use it I have a child who at the time was nearly 2 I had to use my neighbours and familys houses to bath and keep her warm till the end of October when they finally after months of promising and moths of tears and stress finally sorted it out. After this my cooker broke (The landlords responsibility) I replaced it for a temp cooker as there responce was do you have a microwave. I am still waiting for them to fix this issue so my nearly 3 year old child has to live off pasta toast beans and othdr junk foods as they are not fixing this problem. The house currently has black mould along the full wall in one room the roof atill leaks to the point i have three damp spots on the walls. I have looked up the company on a credit site that is free to use there accounts are in the gutter. Avoid at all costs to save youself the stress I have undergone in the past year and a half. I cannot get a council property as i have adequate space for myselfand my child I also cannot afford the deposit for a new private home from a reputable company so me and my little girl have to suffer relentlessly because of this company.

If this could be lower it would be. In the past month we have had no gas due to it being capped as unsafe,so no heating or hot water,then had a leaking boiler that is still going on to be told 'someone will be out this week'. Gets to friday and nobody has been,get told 'oh it will be next week now and we dont work weekends' we've had to cap off all the water to the house until monday when we can speak to them again. They say they refuse to do repairs to the house due to rent arrears even though they know its being sorted through the housing. Also tried to say we hadnt paid a bond when we had a written receipt proving we had. Constant overturn of staff members too. Terrible company,avoid at all costs.
