The staff were very friendly and helpful when approached but we did need to check in ourselves a lot with them to allow this communication to happen. Everyone was super helpful when we needed them though and couldn’t do more for us. I would definitely use them again.

Ive just started renting through Amos Estates and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I spoke to Josh on the phone who provided me with information on the property and he booked me in for a viewing then and there. At the viewing Jess was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had regarding the property. Josh sent me through an offer form and explained the next steps carefully and thoroughly. Catherine on the Lettings team was also extremely helpful in guiding me through what I need to do for referencing and signing the tenancy agreement, making the whole process entirely stress free. The Lettings Manager Tom handled my deposit and informed me of what would happen and how I can get my deposit back in the future and was always there if I needed any extra help or information too.
Easily the best estate agency I’ve used! Miles above the rest in terms of efficiency, client support and professionalism.

Amos have been very good through the process and kept us updated on available properties. Jessica showed us around the property and was welcoming and friendly. Once we had put our offer in they were quick and helpful to get our application to the landlord and answered other questions we had on the property. Overall a very good experience.

Contact Amos on the day a new property was released in order to arrange viewing. I used my African name in the viewing and they immediately said that the landlord was not accepting viewings and the property was not available. A week later I asked my Personal Assistant to use her English name to arrange a viewing on the property and she was told that the property was available and they had lots of viewings.
Edit: Amos later said to my personal assistant that they would make the booking in my name, after it was pointed out to them. However they still did not book the viewing in my name.
The woman who lied to me about the availability later phoned me and did not apologise but instead began rudely telling me she would cancel my viewing unless I removed this review, even though at this point they still hasn't booked the viewing in my name (how can they cancel a viewing that they haven't even booked).
You can see from their reply they are not interested in apologising or addressing this behaviour but instead in threatening me.
I hope they do speak to their solicitor because hopefully then they can be advised that Under the Equality Act 2010, it is illegal for businesses to refuse to provide a service based on ethnicity.

We recently purchased through Amos and the sales progression from Chelsea was some of the best communication we had during the sale; always willing to call back with information having chased on our behalf, easily contactable by phone / email, and proactive in seeking information.

So happy to recommend Amos Estates. Compared to my experience in the past with various agents the team at Amos are head and shoulders above the rest. This is the second time Amos sold my property in record time . Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I had to pull out of first sale. 7 years later I did not hesitate to contact Amos again.
