I have sold two houses with these people over the years. Service with a smile and more importantly got me my asking price within two weeks
Phoned Stuart Thomas about 2 years ago for a free valuation on my property. A member of staff was suppose to turn up at 10.30am, well we waited and waited and no one came, so we phoned to find out when someone was going to turn up and was told an appointment was never booked. We said it was booked a week ago and a women in the background said yes it's in the diary for this morning, but seemed reluctant to come out. So we said don't worry. I have just gone on to the Stuart Thomas website chat system to just ask a question as I am looking at putting my property back on the market. I asked if one of their agents can show people around the property and the women I was talking to stopped talking to me then cut me off. So I will go somewhere else. It's just a simple question with a yes or no answer
it's not rocket science.
I contacted 2 other estate agents in the area and they had no problem in answering my questions and they were polite and helpful.

Funny how these companies do these things to people and instead of apologizing they call people like me a liar. Well I did use their website chat system today and a family member was watching me chat to one of your advisers. This is what we were told when we booked an appointment for a valuation, you had no record of us booking an appointment then a women in the background said we did have a valuation booked in that day at 10.30am. So I take it this company likes to have a get out clause, so they say there is no record of the booking. If you have an appointment booked you should turn up and if you're not going to turn up have the decency to phone. but if you call people liars it just goes to show what sort of company you are, not very professional.
Following a poor year in trying to sell our property, when we noticed the market picking up we reviewed the best Estate Agents that had sold in our area. We arranged two meetings and Williams and Donovan came across professionally and gave us confidence that they would help us sell our property.

Started well but as the sale of my mum's house got more difficult so did the staff. When it fell through I gave them more time but with no luck. One member of staff speaks as if he was tutored in estate agent language! I left their agency and went elsewhere securing a buyer very quickly. When he called Amos to advise them they were rude about my solicitor and said it would never go through! Totally unprofessional.
They were also unperturbed about the client getting his post delivered to the house he had pulled out of buying!
Brilliant service so far! Couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. Susan who showed us round the property we have applied for on her day off, and even came back in the same day to show us round again. All staff I've spoken with have been fantastic!
Avoid this company, if you are looking for a rental via this company DON'T. How they can call themselves a property management agency is a joke. We had to live in a property for over 6 months while issues with damp, dangerous structural work not being carried out after numerous requests which were ignored and when they were carried out (poorly) we had to wait again with more disruption with the work again not being done to a decent standard. Very disappointed with their service.
This estate agent are brilliant - the office is a really lovely environment and the staff are incredibly professional. We purchased our house through them recently, and they went above and beyond to ensure the sale was moving along as smoothly as possible to completion. I have to also give special thanks to Reece, who was an absolute star. He kept us informed at every step of the process, and chased along all links in the chain when it seemed that things might be stalling. We could not be happier with the service provided - thoroughly recommended.
