Dealing with Josh at the Liskeard Branch, it was a enjoyable journey for the initial call to set up the appointment to start the process of selling my property right through to its final sale. They went above and beyond my expectations including sending over the final utilities meter readings. Highly recommended

I have spoken to a number of business transfer agents, over the past few months. Scott at Bradley's Countrywide has gone out of his way to try and help. Scott's advice has been very sound and genuine! I can very much recommend Bradley's Countrywide services, they have been by far the most helpful agent, by a long way. I have spoken to quite a few, not so good, other business transfer agencies!

Thanks to the team at Bradley's Countrywide in completing the successful sale of Tracey's shop and residential flat above the shop.
Special thanks have to go to Jeanette Chambers who has been absolutely brilliant in helping Tracey through the process, which included one buyer pulling out a week before exchange. It has been frustrating and stressful process at times but Jeanette has always been amazing, and an absolute rock when things have looked bleak.Jeanette was super helpful and alway quick to reply, Push things through and explain things to us when we were not sure what to do! We have been very, very lucky to have Jeanette in our corner right until exchange. We honestly do not know what we would have done without her... Thank you so much. Rob & Tracey

Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended Bradley's Countywide for all commercial sales. Staff dedication is on another level. Jeanette Chambers is an incredible asset to the company. No task is too much for her. My sale was difficult and Jeannette handled every aspect with such a professional attitude and ensured that every task was completed to the highest level. Jeanette helped to take some of the stress of the sale away from me, for which I am very grateful. Definitely would use them again. Went to see a restaurant in Leigh on sea and I was very interested in the restaurant and put an offer on for the asking price. I was told to talk to Adam which I can't get hold of only in a blue moon once got hold of him he told me he's waiting for the landlord of the property to come back from holiday and we will exchange consultant details. waited for Adams call for 2 to 3 days trying to get hold of him not answering me and then when I did he tells me someone else has put an offer and the landlord's going to choose between you two and he's going to give him a decision in a couple of minutes but a day later im still waiting so I called him back and asked him can you give me an update which he replied sorry the landlord has as chosen the opposite buyer ,which I did not understand why . I had my heart set on this business which I really liked and this is the reason in gave an offer. I asked Adam to explain why this happened as i gave offer first and i wasnt told about this other buyer which i believe gave an offer only few days ago. This is very unfair and unproffesional how they deal with clients . They changed their attitude as soon as it was known to them about the other buyer . Adam told me that the other buyer has a restaurant in London and I don't. I asked for the other buyers name so he told me it's not a race thing the other buyer is Italian and I am Asian . Very disappointing and bad experience first they are very nice and when they don't want to deal with you they treat you very poor.

Just a big thanks to Jeanette Chambers for her great work helping to get my completion done its was very hard moment getting things done with 3 clients solicitors especially when one clients lived abroad. Jeanette always went the extra mile getting information chasing others constantly trying to get all parties to complete. She replied to my emails out of hours and calls.
Jeanette's a great asset to the company and deserves all the credit for doing a great job

Bradley's Countrywide managed the letting of my property for around four years and did a fantastic job. They found suitable tenants with ease and when any maintenance problems did occur they managed the entire process to both my and my tenant's satisfaction.
When it came time to sell the property Bradley's handled the sale. They valued the property and found a buyer within weeks of going on sale. They managed the entire sale process for me with ease and professionalism.
An excellent job all round.
