Well I can honestly say this estate agent was fantastic from start to finish. The personal touch all the way through and you don't get lost in the system and are on the case constantly. The picture quality of our property was to a very high standard and we sold within 2 weeks of their pictures going live.
The larger agents see to be to ambitious with their quotes and statements where Stuart was honest and factual and didn't bamboozle us with figures and percentages on the marketing side. Each member of staff knew exactly who we were when ringing up so would absolutely ???? RECOMMEND this fantastic estate agents.

I had to sell my mothers house in the autumn and I wanted a professional and reliable company to deal with things on my behalf as I live 65 miles away in Kent. Within a couple of days viewings had been arranged, an offer was received and solicitors were instructed.

We used Stuart Thomas for our recent Hadleigh house sale because of their knowledge of the local market. We'd also had a good experience with them when we bought our Hadleigh house 12 years ago and so went to them when we wanted to sell. The sale of our property was very drawn out with multiple issues with the house 1 down the chain and the sale took around 9 months to complete. 95% of our dealings were with Wendy and we found her to be exceptional. She chased the whole chain more than anyone else, regularly get up updated and provided a brilliant service despite the pain the whole process was causing everyone. I know our buyers really valued her help and input too. The interactions with everyone else at Stuart Thomas were also very good, from the photo shoot through to talking to Wendy's colleagues when she was on holiday or busy. The benefit of a small. local estate agent can be invaluable in our opinion. We can't recommend them highly enough 10/10, thank you for all your hard work.
