These guys are absolutely fantastic and genuine. They give great advice and do exactly what they say, Stuart was extremely approachable and knowledgeable and Wendy was a pleasure to deal with, also helped with negotiation on our purchase, we moved from Thundersley to Suffolk and will be using them to help us find a place when we move back, highly recommended

An absolutely outstanding team who actually treat you like a person and not just a money earner for them.
We purchased a house through Stuart Thomas this year and they went above and beyond keeping us up to date not only the purchase, but the sale of our own property, which they weren't even selling - The team cares so much about their customers that they ensure they know everything they can about the chains they're involved in so that they can keep everyone as worry free as possible.
Due to the Estate Agents responsible for selling our property being completely incompetent, who I want to confirm WEREN'T Stuart Thomas, we cannot thank ST enough for keeping us updated, chasing up on things in the chain and keeping us sane through what was a very stressful period of our lives.

Stuart and his team , Wendy ,Sally and Lisa not only helped sell our home but also found our new home and thoroughly recommend them for both sides of moving.
I liked the fact that as well as frequent phone and email contact often past opening times for urgent queries, I could also pop into the office to seek advice.
Moving is stressful enough but with the right team , it can be a lot smoother ride so choose Stuart Thomas

This is a wonderful little team, Always there to help and take a call when needed and give you the personal touch, you are not just a number like other estate agents, they deliver what they promise and would use them again if needed, My sale from start to end only took 12 weeks, couldn't ask for a better services, more importantly they were very honest didn't just tell you what you wanted to hear. I have been renting my home for the last 10 years and our building recently changed Managing agents to Stuart Thomas. It was the best thing the owner could have done! There had been so many issues with the property the previous management team hadn't even tried to resolve! Enter Simone....not only was she approachable she listened to my concerns and within a week had all the maintenance and repairs booked in to be completed, some that had been on going for the last 3 years! All the work has nearly been done and the last job is booked in! Even the trade people who Stuart Thomas engaged to carry out the work have been absolutely brilliant! I couldn't recommend Stuart Thomas highly enough!
