All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our experience however was mixed…
They needed a bit of a nudge to get us viewings but when at viewings, were positive about our property and really helped those viewing see the potential. Our first offer fell through because the agent didn’t check the buyers situation and chain before we accepted their offer so we had to go back on the market and had a lot of anxiety of selling within the timeframe we had available but credit to them, they got us more viewings and got us sold (for a second time!).
They were very keen for us to drop our price after 3 weeks of being on the market which made us question their original valuation.... Read more
