Have been renting with Andrew and Gerard for 3 + years in Hendon and I’m surprised to see this reviews. It’s nothing like this. They are very respectful and trustworthy answer quickly on ??watsap - always send someone to fix things we need. I have recommended his agency to my brother who rents with him for the last 2 years and also my husband’s partner. We have Nothing to complain.... Read more

Incredibly unresponsive. Very unprofessional. Avoid if it can be helped. They never come back and return calls/messages, no matter how many times one has left messages. I think they also outsource call answering services to some random company.... Read more

PLEASE AVOID. THERE IS A REASON WHY THEIR RATING IS 3.4 ON GOOGLE REVIEWS. Historically agents like this would get away with a shoddy service to landlords and tenants, not any more thanks to Google Reviews. Heed the advice of others and take your business elsewhere. EDIT in response: the vast majority of my reviews about local businesses are positive. They couldn't even tell the truth about something that is publicly verifiable. I repeat. Avoid at all costs.... It was a quick process to get us to sign the contract and get moved in and even throughout the tenancy communication was ok, although it did take a long time (and some things never got seen to) to actually act on what needed to be done ie fix a gate which had dropped and check on water damage to a wall. But the real issue came when it was time to end the contract. Communication was poor, and one thing was said but another done. When they needed my attention they emailed quickly and responded to my messages but when I needed their attention sometimes I just never received a reply. I am still waiting for a reply to a simple message I sent a month ago. Update: In response to the reply; if my emails were replied to or phone calls returned we could have discussed ending the contract. One tenant said he was taking over the entire contract and this was fine on your side until the day before I moved out when you had issues with the tenant not signing the contract. Communication is the issue here, not the contract.... Read more

I never had this bad experience about any agency before. Definitely don’t recommend to anyone to use this agency. Their behaviour was not professional and communication was really poor. I was renting room through the agency over 2 years and I always paid rent and other bills on time and I left my room better condition than it was when I moved in. Everything was okay until I was moving out I needed to be in touch with agency. I found new tenant to take over my room after I move out. People who came to see the room were texting to me as agency didn’t answer their calls or messages and they were asking if room was already rented out. Agency ignored some of my messages as well and they answered back some messages after long time if I tried to call no answer. At first agency was asking if I could move out 2 weeks earlier and new tenant would pay to me that two weeks rent, I agreed. Agency didn’t contacted to me anymore it was almost time when they wanted me to move out and I had no idea what was going on as other girl who came to see the room contacted to me and told to me they gave the room to her. Also I never recieved landlord reference which agency promised to send to me. And the biggest Issue came after I moved out at first I was told I will loose £150 for my deposit as I’m not moving out same time with other tenants, fee for making new contract, it was in contract so fair enough. After I was promised rest of my deposit back as soon as new tenant moves in and check the room. after she moved in I contracted the agency and asked my deposit back. Agency told to me as soon as all tenants will sign it, one tenant was abroad so she couldn’t sign it and she would have been happy to sign it even online but agency told her no rush and they didn’t send the contract to her. I sent many messages to the agency every week + emailed and tried to call to them but no answer. It tooks over 4 months to get rest of my deposit back if I wouldn’t be sending them so many messages weekly + told to my old flatmates about it I don’t think I would never get my deposit back. I hope nobody else needs to go through same as me.... Read more

Average service until we found out their routine habit of inexplicably keeping part of the deposit. We just hope they will use the cash to fix up their decadent office. Would not recommend.... Read more
