21st Sep 2024 (25 weeks ago)I just rented an apartment in Golders Green through Peppiatt. Nick Kyriacou was my lettings agent. He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

Shilpa is a truly outstanding leader with a wealth of experience. Without her dedication and hard work, the sale of my house would not have been completed. She leads an incredible team, including Kevin, Jay, and Lauren, who have all been extremely helpful and professional throughout my journey. Every interaction with the team was marked by their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine support. They made what could have been a stressful process much smoother and more manageable. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team for their hard work and wish them continued success in the future. I never had to follow up once and all steps followed promptly until I moved in. Avi's colleagues were super helpful too whenever Avi could not attend to me at the time. If you are looking for a letting agent who will be responsive, helpful and prompt; go to Maple Estate & Letting Agents Ltd.

Yasser is professional, very persistent and communicated all information, and gave me the confidence that he would handle the buyers and negotiate on our behalf. Steve Dixon helped with day to day queries and kept me informed at every stage. Steve was always courteous, and communicated well. I have been in the property business from 1988, but Adam Hayes - Yasser & Steve, have been the best estate agents i have dealt with. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.
