The amount of effort and time they put into walking us through the process of renting is unbelievable. Ian was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made mattered to him. If Carlesburg made Lettings Managers, they would all be Ian Needleman. I cannot imagine there is another agent in London (or the world for that matter) who could offer a more efficient, proactive and thorough service. If you like a property on his books, do not hesitate, you will be amazed with his professionalism And if you're a Landlord, your prayers have been answered. I have used Property Express for the last 15 years and they offer the best service. I have one rental property, Property Express Mill Hill have managed the property for the entire time. They offer the personal service and only put the best quality clients. They treat my property like their own and only place clients they would want to stay in their own property.
