Ian is the best estate agent I have ever had. The amount of effort and time they put into walking us through the process of renting is unbelievable. Ian was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made mattered to him. Every question that I had was answered. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need, but I also felt like we were in good hands. If Carlesburg made Lettings Managers, they would all be Ian Needleman. I cannot imagine there is another agent in London (or the world for that matter) who could offer a more efficient, proactive and thorough service. If you like a property on his books, do not hesitate, you will be amazed with his professionalism And if you're a Landlord, your prayers have been answered. PROPERTY EXPRESS is the last company you will ever use.... I had the pleasure of waiting in the office for Ian to finish a call with a Landlord.
