Aside from perhaps over promising the sale period (2 months) and 10 weeks later no sale, this was not a reflection on the agent but more likely that market.
Adam Hayes operate professionally and certainly plugged many gaps I had with a previous agent in terms of service and overall consistency. Agents provided feedback after each viewing, which is vital.
Overall, I would highly recommend Adam Hayes. Their fee is reasonable compared to other agents and they offer some flexibility.

Seta was the main point of contact with the office. She was very friendly and easy to get on, but also polite and professional. She answered all our questions, provided lots of help and advice, and a lot of tips and suggestions regarding the viewings, prices…
Ramy was the main agent we interacted when viewing these properties. He was also friendly and polite, and honestly answered our questions about various elements of the properties when we went to view them. He was not rushing us when we were viewing, and took time to explain the property to us.
They had a lot (I mean a lot) of properties coming to the market in short intervals, and we had lots of choices at least once a week, most weeks at least a few viewing every week.
Thanks a lot for all the help and looking forward to coming back next time we’re looking for a property.

Redon from the agency is an amazing person to work with! He was super helpful and accommodating! He had me view two different places before fully understanding what I'm looking for. The third property he had me view without even looking at the ad or pictures. He told me just come over, you'll love it.
And boy did I love it!
I really liked his proactive approach, and quick responses via mail and phone. It's very hard to reach agents but Redon was always available!

During my house hunt I came across Adam Hayes agency and Anna. I had the best experience with them. I can say that Anna and her friend are the best letting negotiator. I had seen many letting agency, but none of them deal with the prospect tenant the way Anna did. She was very friendly, explained everything about every property, considered all our options, suggested very nice options and on top of that, she did an excellent job in negotiating rent price with landlord. I was really happy and surprised as I had not seen any other agency like this.

After paying £433 and providing all documents they told me, your tenancy offer 100% is accepted (I called them 3 time and confirmed)and you can move this weekend and I moved my internet, council tax and everything to the new address. Saskia has been amazing - during this extremely busy time with everyone trying to meet the stamp duty deadline, she always made time to keep me in the loop and follow up any outstanding matters with other parties. Adam Hayes is so professional and helpful. Anand helped us find a lovely home and “sealed the deal” that was beneficial for both parties in a matter of a few days. Upon viewing the property, Anand spent time to understand our needs and relevant personal circumstances. They’re certainly one of the best estate agents I’ve had in the past 10 years of private renting.
The staff at the office are also very nice and professional. Each time I phoned they made sure that my call is attended to / Anand would return my call when possible.
On the move-in day, Sophie prepared all documents, both printed and electronic, along with the house keys and a lovely “New Home” card and a bottle of wine! I’d highly recommend Adam Hayes to everyone!
