Aside from perhaps over promising the sale period (2 months) and 10 weeks later no sale, this was not a reflection on the agent but more likely that market.
Adam Hayes operate professionally and certainly plugged many gaps I had with a previous agent in terms of service and overall consistency. Agents provided feedback after each viewing, which is vital.
Overall, I would highly recommend Adam Hayes. Their fee is reasonable compared to other agents and they offer some flexibility.

Really nice agency. They were super helpful, very friendly and did their best to find the perfect house for us.
Seta was the main point of contact with the office. She was very friendly and easy to get on, but also polite and professional. She answered all our questions, provided lots of help and advice, and a lot of tips and suggestions regarding the viewings, prices…
Ramy was the main agent we interacted when viewing these properties. He was also friendly and polite, and honestly answered our questions about various elements of the properties when we went to view them. He was not rushing us when we were viewing, and took time to explain the property to us.
They had a lot (I mean a lot) of properties coming to the market in short intervals, and we had lots of choices at least once a week, most weeks at least a few viewing every week.
Thanks a lot for all the help and looking forward to coming back next time we’re looking for a property.
