We recently rented a house through KFH Wimbledon. Our letting agent, Marta was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, making it flow almost effortlessly. We were able to complete the viewing, make an offer and get feedback from the landlord in a single day. The tricky thing is, she makes even a grumpy landlord look good :)
Quiet a Shocking experience with KFH! They are supposed to be a large professional block management company yet they can not answer simple emails!! After months and still chasing them regarding service charges that have already been paid, they cannot locate payments!! Yet they want to charge you late payment fees for there own admin errors. Also repeatedly been sent an incorrect invoice with inaccurate charges. A Brand New development and they cannot fix mistakes they have made. They have very useless staff, poor communication and very frustrated landlords. Just Disgraceful!
Nick and Ben were great. This is the second property I've sold with Lauristons. Excellent service. Both times they helped to sell when the market was slow and beat the other agent we instructed. I would definitely recommend them. Friendly, professional, honest. Very deserving of the 5 star rating.
If you want your deposit back please please don't use these guys,My advise would be don't pay your last 6 weeks rent. We are in the prossess of seeking legal advise and will update this review in the next few days when we know more.

Sally from KFH was absolutely brilliant. I stopped by the Tooting store and she immediately understood exactly what I was looking for and even went through a couple of options outside of what I had in mind as 'wild cards'. Sally wasn't pushy at all, took me on one viewing to the perfect property and I've been living there for the past month.
I couldn't have asked for anything more and would always work with Sally in the future!
Nathalie Navasothy is by far the worst person I have ever dealt with in estate agency! Everything she has said/done has been wrong from the start.
1.) Breaching data protection, by adding my flat mate into our email conversation which had my banks statements on!!!
2.) Saying the flat was fully furnished, which it wasn't.
3.) Getting the offer wrong on the offer form
4.) The old tenants are moving out on the Friday, so we can move in first thing on Saturday, that was wrong! Tenants are moving out on the Saturday so we have to wait.
Being the assistant manager, you think she could provide a better service, I would seriously avoid.

Absolute shocking, This company doesn't know its arm from its arse. Great at getting you into a property but once in absolutely no help. I would look to work with a better company.
Tom Backlog and his team were simply superb - I had a terrible experience with another local agent and then I instructed Hastings International who found me a cash buyer within the first few days of marketing my flat - from finding the buyer right through to handing the keys over Tom was professional and approachable and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family!
Absolutley the worst experience I have had in 10 years of renting! Our hunt for a property with them was good I must say, Christian at the Rotherhithe Street branch was charming, helpful and helped us find a property within quite literally a few hours of searching!
The problem was the property management itself, complaints were ignored. The property fell apart, everything was awful. I once sent a formal complaint address to the manager, it's been 18 months and I haven't received a response.
They skinned us alive for our deposit, we didn't fight because we just wanted to be shot of them! We didn't care enough about the money to deal with their rude behaviour.
DO NOT USE THEM!
I'm so upset by the rude service we recieved, it has however pushed me hard to get saving to buy a house. SO kudos on that respect.
Our new letting agents actually contacted them and then after one communication contacted me to say they didn't want to contact them again and would rather do things differently as they were so useless and overcharged for referencing services.

WORST AGENCY EVER. Please avoid any letting/sales contract with this agency! Never pick up phone, never help out with maintenance issues. Would strongly dis recommend this agency to anyone
