Enquired on a flat, guy called Stephen pressured me into making a holding deposit, without seeing property. I refused, and he relented and met me for a viewing.

I went to view the flat and then Stephen "forgot the keys" so I couldn't see it and secure it. He blamed me for not being willing to secure the property sight unseen as others apparently had. He said there was lots of interest so I foolishly believed they had ethics and put down a deposit.

I gave my move out notice. Then I got a call that this flat was actually £500/month more than my offer was accepted for and I had made an offer on some nonexistent flat that "had no photos, yet". So I had in fact been conned.

They mess with peoples lives and really don't give a damn. I hope nobody has to go through this type of con artistry.

I have been using KFH, Raynes Park /Wimbledon branch for last 5 years to rent few of our properties. I am very happy with level of attention and service I received from them. Always attentive and very proactive in resolving issues. I appreciate their services a lot. Everyone in Raynes Park/Wimbledon office has been wonderful but special mention goes to Debbie Salmon/Charlotte Connell. Debbie has been working meticulously and promptly to resolve all maintenance issue and I cant thank her enough. I highly recommend them as lettings agency.

Awful, exploitative and will say anything to make a sale. Was promised the day before moving into a rental property that the property had been cleaned and bad repairs to the walls made by previous tenants had been fixed. We arrived to a filthy house - crumbs on the floor and in the cupboards, cobwebs and spiders in the corners of the walls, dust on everything and stained carpets. There were still holes in the walls. On phoning to ask about the condition of the flat was told that they didn't manage the property and I would have to take it up with the landlord, despite their promises that they had inspected the flat before we moved in. Disgraceful and not only would I never recommend, I would actively caution against using them.

Couldn't have picked a better agent! KFH has been by far the most professional agent I ever used and a pleasure to work with Dan Chapman.
I must also mention this is the second time I'm using their financial services as well and could not recommed them enough as Lee Austin never fails to impress.

After three years using their property management service. I’m experiencing a very poor service. You have to chase for response, they do not respond effectively to emails. No one takes ownership of out of office staff workloads.

Quiet a Shocking experience with KFH! They are supposed to be a large professional block management company yet they can not answer simple emails!! After months and still chasing them regarding service charges that have already been paid, they cannot locate payments!! Yet they want to charge you late payment fees for there own admin errors. Also repeatedly been sent an incorrect invoice with inaccurate charges. A Brand New development and they cannot fix mistakes they have made. They have very useless staff, poor communication and very frustrated landlords. Just Disgraceful!
