My wife and I were very impressed with the service by KFH Canada Water. Not only our sales negotiator Ian Doyle provided a very professional service and showed a lot of commitment in making sure the whole process went well, the rest of the people we've contacted in his absence were always helpful. One aspect I think distinguished KFH from the other agents we contacted with is that they present their services and let you make your decision without being pushy or annoying. We will certainly recommend KFH Canada Water to are friends and colleagues looking for properties in the are.
If there would be a possibility to put no stars - I WOULD NOT PUT EVEN ONE! The most horrible experience during my tenancy (still have 6 months left, i do regret that we signed 2 years contract). They always change our flat managers, i never know who to contact and barely seen one of them. The Latest one Kirilee is awful - not responding to my emails (maybe 1 of 5) when i try to call to the main office she is always on her lunch, her colleagues promiss - she will reply to your email - and what? nothing. I had mould problem with my carpet flooring, it took them 2 MONTHS to actually take actions and send contractors to our flat. And now - they removed it and I am sleeping in my living room (en suite with a kitchen) for another month now. is it normal? and I am sharing this flat with my friend and this causes problem for him as well, not being able to use living room and kitchen). Very disappointing. We are paying for double bedroom flat, and I don't even have my own corner in my flat!!! I hope at least this message will be heard!!
Peach Properties made finding my first rental in London incredibly easy. Sam was very helpful and was able to find me a flat in the perfect location. Communication was excellent throughout the entire rental process. Would definitely use Peach Properties again in the future!
Very poor service especially from Nick Hardy - wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. We have rent out a fully furnished one bedroom flat which came without bed because of a misunderstanding. Lots of issues like toilet not functioning and rats in the attic. Stay away
I was looking for a flat in the Canary Wharf area and had the pleasure of dealing with the lovely Elizabeth Marshall. She was extremely attentive and enthusiastic which made the whole process surprisingly enjoyable.

MorgaRandall, The worst of the worst! Whatever you imagine about the service related to tenancy, this agent would be at the bottom, apart from finding you a new house after all. They are eager to find it on the initial several days but THAT'S IT!!
You might get no replies for 10 times of emails by the time when you put your holding deposit in. You might be in trouble as the move-in date would be postponed like me and you may have to wash up your cloth with your hands as the washing machine would stay out of work.
For me, It has passed 18days since I moved in.
I am in a disaster with a stack of dirty cloth, wiggly dinning chairs and not working ventilation and lights in the kitchen. While I first visited this flat to view there was a TV, but the TV has gone on the move-in date. The consultant was Elizabeth and she said "it belonged to the previous tenant. What is wrong?" I had to bought a TV at my expense. They advertised it was furnished and they insisted a furnished flat doesn't mean it provide a TV. She even added "it is very rare to provide a TV when it is a furnished flat." Nonsense!
Anyway at least the consultant should notify me if there was a big removal or big changes between the viewing and the move-in date but there was no excuse or information before I agreed the contract.
Negligent to keep you updated and ignorance of your request and just a representative of a Landlord who doesn't listen to tenants' voice. Those are my impression on MorganRandall.
Having reviewed a number of agents we decided to go with felicity j lord having had a previous unsatisfactory experience with another firm. Adam Wolfryd came across as straight and honest, and realistic. This was a good decision, with excellent communications and the result we wanted. Despite Brexit, the firm delivered.
They cancelled a viewing 20 minutes before it was supposed to happen after rushing us to arrange it and suggested all four of us should be there. They told me about the viewing while I called and wouldn't have let me know otherwise.
Went to see Sam Smith in concert here and had a fantastic evening. Sam himself shone like the star he is and both his voice and his set were exemplary. He sang practically everything he has recorded and added a couple of mash-ups but for me the highlight was The Writings on the Wall. Spine-tingly awesome and supremely powerful and just proved why he won an Oscar with that incredible song.
We had a great view and was generally impressed with the whole venue. Would definitely recommend it!

Enjoyed the show on Sunday however upon entry into the arena the security remove all drink or food from your bags. This includes sweets that i had for the children's train journey home.
I can understand the reasoning for this in the current times we live in but I do think that this should be CLEARLY stated when booking any tickets.
Once inside you are forced to queue a very long time for very overpriced food and drinks (£10 for a bag of candy floss is a blatant rip off ) I refused to pay the extortionate prices which upset the children so spoiling what was otherwise a good day out.
For a successful and flourishing venue I cannot see any reason for the need to charge over the top prices other than pure greed, for this reason alone I refuse to award even 1 star but have to otherwise I cannot post
