I am very happy with my experience with Campbell Residential. Paula has been absolutely amazing and accommodating of all my requests/concerns. Paperwork was very quick and efficient. Unfortunately, I could not go through with the deal and they promptly refunded by holding deposit.

I've been a Tennant with Campbell Residential for over a year. They have been exceptionally helpful and patient in the initial renting process. They are very responsive to any issues with the apartment and have always fixed them in a timely manner. Shout out to Paula who has always been a pleasure to talk to and is very understanding when any problems arise.

I purchased a property marketed by Campbell Residential. Throughout the process from arranging viewings to managing the conversations during conveyancing to handing over the keys, Paula was always responsive and worry-free, making what is normally expected to be a stressful process, slightly less stressful. She is lovely in-person too!

I rented with this agency for 2 years and all maintenance issues (not that there were hardly any at all during this time) were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The communication is great and i would really recommend. On moving in and then leaving everything was smooth and I don't have one bad thing to say. Trustworthy, professional and friendly.

I rented with them in Greenwich and they are not responsive at all. It takes months to get something fixed but if they want to get something done from you, you will be bombarded with text, call and emails. If you have already rented with them then beware that you are logging every issues in the house with proof with photos with them (issue reported over email will not work) otherwise you will have to pay the charges they think appropriate from your deposit without presenting the appropriate bills.
They are 2 person agency so once you rent the house they will not bother to check how are the things. Go with some agency which has proper teams and good support for customers. Just google the top agencies in your area.

We are very pleased with Campbell Residential.
They are our agent more than 5 years now.
Whenever we had problem, we recieved response on the same day and fixed it super fast.
We had bad experience with the previous agent, needed to wait 1 month to fix something,sometimes longer. So if you looking for a good agent who you can 100% trust, then choose this company, you will not regret it.

I inquired about a property in the Shoreditch area. I returned a phone call and the agents at Campbell completely forgot my name, my inquiry and what was initially spoken about. After discussing the budget range we were working towards, the agent disrespectfully cut me off and hung up the phone. The range was 10% under asking price. If I could give a 0 star review, I could. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Campbell residential has acted as my estate agent for several years. Over this period they have consistently provided excellent levels of service. From a property management perspective the reliability and quality of tenants has always been of a high standard. Over the years there have been a number of times where property management issues were needed to be addressed. These were always managed quickly and efficiently and gave me complete piece of mind that the property was in good hands. They treat each property they manage, let and sell as if it were their own.

I am a foreign student who has been studying in the UK since 2005. During this period, I have rented plenty of flats from various letting agencies, and I have to admit that Campbell is by the far the best in the UK.
Campbell excel in their services to the client before actually moving into the property, during residency, and even after moving out.
Their priority is service to the client, not purely materialistic as is unfortunately the case with other agents.
In this context, I would like to thank John and Paula for their continuous committment to client service. I am very much grateful to both of them for maintaining such high morality, and it has been a pleasure knowing them. I wish them all the best of luck in their future careers.

Campbell Residential were fantastic when I was selling my flat. They found a buyer very rapidly and were exemplary professionals at all times: completely trustworthy- which is unfortunately not always the case with Estate Agents. Property transactions are potentially stressful but Paula was amazing, very friendly and always reassuring- for which I remain extremely grateful. Now I have found them I will always use Campbell Residential in the future. I cannot recommend them highly enough: they are the rarest of the things in the property sector- genuine, amiable and utterly honest.
