Terrible experience. They hid the fact that their Sales progressor works from home and is never in the office, which is fine if she ever answered her mobile or responded to emails in a timely manner.
Sale had clearly fallen apart, yet they set unrealistic deadlines for us which they said was dependent on the sale.
The agent who sold me the instruction moved office within the company and wouldn't get back to any of my calls, texts, emails.

This is probably more of a glassdoor review but i want everyone to get an idea of how this company actually works! I worked with the company back in 2019 - 2021 and left due to poor management. Staff were treated so unprofessionally and it started to affect my mental health.
Recently the two owners parted ways and they reached out to me again and asked if i wanted to work with them again. They promised me things have changed and the way they work is much better.
I clearly did not last long there, considering that i am leaving this review 3 months after rejoining. I feel compelled to share my thoughts and insights. From the moment I rejoined the company, I noticed a concerning lack of transparency and ethical practices. The management seemed more focused on making quick profits rather than providing quality service to clients.
One of the most alarming aspects of this estate agency was their consistent disregard for laws and regulations. They would often cut corners and bend rules to maximize their own gains, leaving clients vulnerable and uninformed. The lack of proper documentation, misleading advertising, and hidden fees were all common occurrences.
Furthermore, there was a prevailing culture of dishonesty within the company. Agents were encouraged to use high-pressure tactics and misleading information to secure sales, often at the expense of the clients' best interests. This not only tarnished the reputation of the agency but also created an unhealthy and toxic work environment.
Another concerning aspect was the lack of professionalism and accountability. Many of my colleagues lacked the necessary qualifications and experience, which resulted in poor customer service and inadequate advice. Moreover, when faced with complaints or issues, the management would often dismiss or ignore them, leaving clients frustrated and dissatisfied.
Overall, my time at this dodgy estate agency was disheartening and has left a lasting negative impression. The lack of integrity, transparency, and professionalism made it impossible for me to continue working there. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly research alternative options.

I believe that the 4.8 star rating has been achieved by either the company’s own employees or people paid to rate the company.
I regret renting with Ernest-Brooks. I thought that renting with a smaller company would mean they’d be more attentive towards their customers. However, it has proven quite the opposite. It has been impossible to get a response from Ernest-Brooks even during emergencies such as the fire alarm going off for no apparent reason, mold present in the property, boiler not working, and any maintenance work around the house.
Never in my life was I ghosted and gaslighted by the company I paid to get services from.

If only zero stars was a thing. They act like they are well established etc but honestly probably the worst company ever. My Mrs worked there as a lettings Negotiator and recently had to leave due to family emergency. They ended up not paying her despite her leaving close to the end of the month of June. The insights I got of the company whilst she was working there is mind blowing and I'll probably leave that to her to disclose if she chooses to leave a review too. This has affected her mental health so much and I am sure it's probably doing the same to others that are doing business with this company.

Our sale with Ernest Brooks was swift, professional and importantly, at the right price.
Having been on the market for a few months not too long before (with a different estate agents) I was unsure how the process would go. But Zhiqi led the charge in the sale of our flat, with a buyer found within a few weeks and market/ asking price achieved. All at Ernest brooks were knowledgeable, honest, punctual and clear with their communications to us. Helpfully we then had a sales progressor, Maglin, who facilitated the resolution of outstanding queries and got the sale over the line. So glad we chose Ernest Brooks, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Ernest brooks owes me £55 and not refunded the money as yet. The deposit has been refunded to the tenant but no refund was made to the landlord.
Ernest brooks continually chased me for commission management which was due and refused to refund me as claimed that I owed them 2 years of management which isn't true. This is because the tenant has moved out after a year but refused to refund any of money.
I would avoid this agent at all cost. There is no reason to withhold money not due to them. They refunded all the deposit to the tenant although the tenancy has not ended yet.

We've used them for a number of years for renting out a property and now a sale. They are not the cheapest but the service they provide is of a real premium standard. They are always quick, efficient, and professional in all dealings. They also have good business sense and connections. They generated far more interest on the sale of the property then another agent we had on a multi agent deal. Would recommend.

Thrilled with being referred to Ernest Brooks Estate Agents, I spoke with Elliot first and then Oliver Gates who found tenants for us, Mark Goldstein is our designated property manager and agent managing my portfolio, as an overseas landlord its not easy to just trust someone you have been referred to, but EB you can, 3 months in and they have let all 3 of our properties which we completed on new, and furnished two of them also!!! They're professional, meticulous, and exceptional communicators. Highly recommended them for landlords like my husband and I.

Worked with Elliot Rainbow for many year, he run a tight ship. I have been a landlord and a seller for EBI and it’s personal and professional. International market really does help. I sold my property in London Ridge for over the price. The local agent gave me with no international presence. Also, I was a landlord for six years and I only had four tenants in six years with no problems whatsoever. LATEST UPDATE ON OUR SAGA DEALING WITH ERNEST BROOKS
As I have said before, they are not a serious Company- my opinion is as valid as theirs but what really matters is facts and evidence. They are obsessed about their reviews, as they hastily try and take down critical reviews while trying to up their good reviews. So I'm not sure how long this will stay up. But seeing as I have used NO intemperate language and only outlined our factual experience in a balanced way I cannot see a genuine reason for this review disappearing post-haste. Anyhow, I will give it another go- and possibly more, as needed..
OUR HORRID EXPERIENCE WITH EBI-
To us they are not serious about looking after their customers-especially those who decided to leave them when they went in to Administration.
WHERE ARE WE AT THE MOMENT?
It is now 4 MONTHS since we managed to get out of their clutches- but no overdue money has been forthcoming. I suspect they fob off the ex-tenant as regards refunding their deposit and they fob us off as regards all the repairs and damages we've had to undertake to remedy the flat after the previous tenant left.
Every 6 weeks or so, this chap called Habib Aziz of EBI contacts me via email, then asks for all the documentation of invoices/costs incurred- etc. We remind him we've sent it several times before- and then we re-send it. Then he goes quiet again- this is a pattern. I suspect he will contact me in another 4-6 weeks and try to run circles around us, playing those same old games. The outstanding amount is in four figures, so it's not negligible. And in any case, it is the princple of the thing.
OUR IMPRESSION--Woeful, woeful Ernest Brooks, highly unprofessional, callous, uncaring. And the problem starts right at the very top.
WHAT WE'VE DONE THUS FAR- Written to MyDeposit with an official complaint- they've noted it but have also said their hands are tied as EBI have the deposit amount in their own HSBC account and not with TDS or such-like.
WHAT NEXT- I'm starting an official complaint process with TPOS (Property Ombudsman), and more importantly I'm writing to PRS (Property Redress Service)- the latter apparently actually have teeth and I'll keep you posted.
FINAL THOUGHTS (for now at any rate)
Again, BEWARE, please think twice before thinking of appointing this unprofessional set-up as your agents. It is your hard-earned money after all, and there is a cost-of-living crisis of gigantic proportions that is still hovering over us.

Update on Ernest Brook Estate Agent-
I will endeavour to leave entirely factual feedback on our ongoing saga with this Company. If they put things right then I will mention it very clearly in further updates- if they don't then I will review things accordingly.
It transpires that our recent (outgoing) tenant has not cleared their fuel bills. They have left the flat in an unclean condition. They have caused damage to the Smart-blinds integrated system. We stand to lose thousands of pounds. NONE of this has been highlighted in the EB check-out report for which I had to pay £240 upfront.
Ernest Brook is NOT engaging with me at the moment as regards trying to recoup my losses through the tenant deposit that they are clinging on to. So it looks like EB will try to hurt a long-standing client (ex-client now !!) by hurting them in the pocket. I have appealed to their better sense and judgement- if they relent and do the right thing then I will update things accordingly.
If not, I will continue to document my troubles with EB both here and on Google.

They did not actually sell the property and besides listing it on their website, as far as I can tell did not work to try to sell it. Once they secured the listing, communication on progress was non-existent. Claimed to have spoken to over 300 people about the property but didn’t share any feedback from alleged potential purchasers.

This company owes me more than £4k of unpaid invoices.
If you are new contractor that wants to works with them, think before you do!
I am inventory clerk, property’s inspection have been done and reports provided, and they have shared these reports with landlords and tenants, but EBI refuses to pay.
I know there are several other contractors that have not been paid as well, so stay away!
They make landlord paid for inventories, but never pay back to inventory clerk.
This company must be struggling financially if they cannot afford to pay £4k, be careful and think before working with them.

Best lettings agency! EBI manage properties for me and have done for a few years now. I used a West London agency beforehand and on comparison, I would not go anywhere else! I worked with Elliot Rainbow who has a strong ethos on quick responses and customer service, always on the phone when we need him or the PM team, who I have dealt with Phoebe Maloney and Gary Cole for any issues. During the time with EB I have purchased a buy to let and sold a one bedroom in West London via the sales team, both the selling and buying process were fluent. STAY AWAY! They were good and helpful five years ago when renting the flat but right now this company is absolutely terrible and severely mismanaged. Getting your deposit back can turn into a nightmare! Key people in their property management team change very frequently and of course new team members don't know anything about ongoing processes. We had to wait for nearly five months to get our deposit back and they still did not notify one of the energy providers about the new tenants since January 2023 (which is now affecting our credit score because we are getting unpaid invoices). I would give zero stars if there was an option. Geniunely stay away!

I’m a current tenant of a property managed by Ernest Brooks.
My partner and I moved in and discovered some issues with the appliances including the oven door cannot be closed, microwave door has a hole. These issues are also stated in the check in inventory report. We then communicated these issues to the property manager (Chris Coles) at Ernest Brooks.
After 3 weeks, still no appointments are being arranged to fix them despite numerous phone calls to follow up with Chris who claimed they are getting a quote and was promised to be sent the timeline and next steps two days ago, but did not receive anything at the end. I never heard getting a quote could take more than 3 weeks. The property manger is very passive, if no phone calls to follow up with them, no actions will be carried out from them. These caused me unable to use the oven and microwave for more than 3 weeks.

I've never written a review for the past letting agencies I've dealt with but after having such a bad experience it wouldn't be fair to people not to share it to know what they could go through.
My experience with Ernest-Brooks started quite normally like with any other normal agency, but all problems appeared 7 days before the day they committed to give handover the property to us. By that point the landlord had accepted the offer including the request of a professional cleaning service to be done and the move in date as well, and also we have signed the contract with the specific date we wanted to start our tenancy and also stating the conditions agreed on the offer.
7 days before moving in I received a call from this agency saying that it was not possible for us to move in on our requested date, basically because the tenant had the right to stay for a couple of days more and even if agreed to leave the property initially on our requested date had a last minute change of mind. At that point we didn't have much choice because going through the whole process again would cost us lots of money.
They were the complete opposite to helpful and empathetic with us, they didn't care whether we needed to sort accommodation and storage for those days, they just wanted to know if we were going to continue with the tenancy or not. They never recognised responsibility for the extra costs (aprox £500) we had to incur because of their lack of management and professionalism.
Anyways by that point we had our hands tied, we were only 7 days away of having to leave our flat with everything arranged for the date we thought we would be able to move to this place so as said looking for somewhere else would have meant spending a lot of money on storage and mainly accomodation.
But thinking the worst part was over, when I finally attempted to move to the property on the new date they proved me wrong.
The flat was a complete mess, all dirty and stinky, the complete opposite to inhabitable. They knew in beforehand that the tenant made a mess of this property and that a professional deep cleaning was required and they never recognised their fault blamign the tenant.
Also we only got one set of keys and if you are two people moving in you would expect to get 2 keys, very basic and simple maths.
I'm writing this review while I'm waiting for the cleaning service to arrive and do their job on a cafe because the whole place is disgusting, expecting the job to be done at some point around midnight. Also as of this moment I haven't received confirmation of when I'm going to get the additional set of keys 7 hours after checking in with concierge and them being notified of us having access to the property.
To sum up its clear I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone, the lack of professionalism, responsibility and accountability has been proven in my experience, not to mention how little they care about tenants.
To everyone at Ernest-Brooks involved in my tenancy, thanks for making my last 7 days miserable.

Update: after almost two weeks of having moved into the new place and all we went through I've got a call from Ernst-Brooks offering only half of what their mismanagement and lack of professionalism cost us, BUT only if I would delete my review from Google because of the negative impact this could have to their business.
Not only they were being cheap (how insignificant ~£500 would be for a company of this size) but how miserable you have to be to offer that compensation subject to us doing anything after such a bad experience we had.

We’ve approached this agency to evaluate our home for sale in future, but we feel the agent who came to visit was extremely rude. She not only didn’t care to ask our permission to view the rooms, and basically touched everywhere in our flat. When we ask the estimate price, she was simply comparing us to flats in another building which she claimed to be a newer build than ours, but we knew the building existed for some years before ours were completed. She disregarded the condition of our flat and was down-rating the home price by comparing ours to other flat in the area with different conditions and build age - as you’d think an estate agent should have help you analyse your value and get better sale, but she was genuinely undermining our property. We don’t feel the experience showed any professionalism in this agency and wouldn’t recommend it to any other home sellers in Canary wharf area.

My comment above was referring to the unsatisfying experience with home evaluation and does not show any opinion towards the company, as we did not choose their service. We therefore will not remove the comment. We didn’t feel the evaluation provided any further information we can ourselves investigate on Rightmove and Zoopla, and the value comparison between our flat and other flats does not accurately reflect the condition of our flat. Whatever price other flat owners put on the market are their agents evaluation that reflect their owners need, and is not what we look for in this evaluation. We do not think the agent did sufficient investigation to help us find either a good sale price or a better sale strategy, which is what homeowners like us would want.

I would give them a 0 if I can. They have staff to take care of “negative reviews”. I trusted them because of the rating of google map. First, the agent was late for the viewing. Second, I made an offer during the viewing and the agent told me he would send the link for payment to me. However, the next day when I was waiting to make a payment, they told me the apartment is gone. Then even didn’t ask me for bidding and I am the first one to make an offer.

I recently moved to London and was glad with the signing process that a consultant was helping me with. However, this was completely different to the service that I was shown by the Ernest-Brooks property manager responsible at One Blackfriars. As some others had a great experience with Ernest-Brooks, I am writing this to express my disappointment regarding the poor communication and lack of attention that the property manager showed towards new movers.
Firstly, the response rate from management was very slow, and they failed to inform me to set up utility bills prior to moving in (information to set up bills was only provided after moving into the apartment with the realization that I had no access to gas or electricity). I had hoped that management would properly communicate this with me earlier and have the initiative to inform me before my lease starting date, so that I have the time to call and prepare my accounts with utility companies prior to my move-in. Considering that each apartment is different from others, I expect leasing managers to explain to new tenants of the regulations and expectations of the building clearly and explicitly—not to leave tenants clueless about the move-in process. Simply sending links and writing in an email letting me know to set up my bills after I moved in is irresponsible and ignorant from the management side.
Not to mention, I found 2 trash bags in the flat on my first day of moving in. It surprised me to see the previous tenant's waste in what is supposed to be my living area, especially since it should have been a clean and “new” space when I first came in. I was disappointed at the hygiene level and poor attention to detail in ensuring that new tenants settle in well. Although management argued that this was the result of a short turnaround between the previous and current tenant, they should still have double checked the unit before letting a new tenant move in. As Ernest-Brooks own multiple properties, I am sure that issues like short turnaround times are common issues that the team must be able to handle professionally well to avoid mistakes like this.
Moreover, I rented the apartment only after seeing images of the unit on the website since I was overseas at the time of signing the contract. Due to this, I did not have a proper "viewing" of the whole building's amenities. Though I have no issue about only seeing the unit's images, knowing this situation—that the I had no physical viewing of the facilities in the building—management should have proactively offered me to provide this viewing as I arrived in the building, or at the very least, scheduled a tour for me to ensure I know where and how things operate. Instead, when I arrived at the building, I was only given the unit key and was told that tours are given by the concierge. When I asked the concierge to show me around, I was informed that tours are the leasing officers’ responsibility and concierges are tasked with handling packages, deliveries and emergencies. While the concierge finally lent me a hand and showed me where and how certain things operate, this should have been leasing management’s duty to do so. I am ultimately displeased with the absence of assistance from the leasing management towards me.
It would have been greatly appreciated if I was informed of where and how I can set up my accounts, collect my keys, and of any other requirements before arriving at the unit. For a management team who values accountability, my case exemplifies otherwise and I hope that this will be changed in the near future. These issues are points of improvements for the leasing management team and I hope that this will not happen to any other tenants in the future.

My first experience with Ernest-Brooks was good and I found the sales staff to be helpful and made things easy as my partner and I were about to rent a property during lockdown. Unfortunately, things went downhill soon after the contract had been signed. The so-called property managers are extremely difficult to communicate with and lack basic customer service skills. Response times are slow and insufficient, confusing replies are the norm. I never found any consistency with the property managers as they seemed to change regularly or if a property manager did not have the experience or confidence to handle an issue, they would just pass you to a manager to respond. I frequently found myself digging through my mailbox searching for earlier discussions to try and support outstanding email queries.
It was interesting to read some of the other negative comments before I drafted my review of my experience with Ernest-Brooks International. One such review that caught my eye was Eric Lee's 1-star review, posted around 10 months ago. It was fascinating to discover that my experience with this agency is remarkably similar.
I also experienced the same problems during the end of tenancy after 2 years. Interestingly with the very same staff members involved, Gabriela Bowman, Joanna Wierzbicka, Michael Logue and Phoebe Maloney. The amount of over £1000 was due to be deducted from our deposit due to heating/hot water charges. When I challenged the above individuals as to why I had never in my 2 years received a bill for heating, the various excuses, and deliberate attempts to deflect blame started. I was told that the issue lay with the management company that managed the community heating. I was told that they manage the billing differently. This was not a satisfactory explanation for me.
I had long telephone conversations with Ernest-Brooks explaining that at the very beginning of our tenancy and over 6 months, I sent regular emails requesting them to supply instructions on how to pay heating charges. I also explained that I never received a positive response or email confirmation concerning the billing setup requirements.
At this stage, I had enough and I raised a case with our deposit protection scheme (mydeposits) and disputed the charges that Ernest-Brooks claimed. Interestingly, neither Ernest-Brooks nor the property owner could provide mydeposits with any evidence relating to any outstanding bill.
Many months later, mydeposits ruled in our favour and the withheld amount was rewarded back to me.
It is amusing to see Ernest responding to negative reviews as FRAUDULENT REVIEW!!! anytime they read a review that might affect their review score. Instead, why not just take the feedback/complaints from past clients and apologise and try to improve your service Ernest-Brooks...
Hopefully, this review will make a small difference or help other people make an informed decision and avoid the problems that my partner and I experienced. BUT!! I will not be surprised to see a response from Ernest-Brooks International trying to discredit me in some way by advising that I am completely wrong or a competitor.

My first point of contact with this company was with Paul Curtis, he has been on the end of the phone whenever I needed any help or advice. An invaluable source of support and knowledge. Then the sales team, Ben, Oliver and Patrick were always fabulous, professional and enthusiastic when showing my house. We sold in 3.5 weeks and the sale took 5 weeks to conclude, all in all 8.5 weeks. I spoke with Caitlin for the sales progression who was fabulous!

Further to the previous comments I made regarding how pleased I was with Ernest-Brooks for the purchase of a property in Millbank Quarter, the followed up process of conveyancing to completion of the assignment deed went just as well, it was professionally handed by the Sales Administrator, Ms Caitlin Villar who was very proactive and responsive in providing every assistance till completion. Thank you, Caitlin.

Contacted Ernest-Brooks London and spoke to Mr Craig Kelly, Manager of the New Homes & Investment about a property in Millbank Quarter advertised on the website, made an offer; he contacted the overseas Vendor and subsequently came back to me the following day conveying the Vendor's comments and gave me a suggestion of an alternative offer which I agreed. This was conveyed back to the Vendor and a few hours later, he came back to me and informed that the offer has been accepted, this he followed by sending me in writing a formal offer clearly stating all other requirements for me to fulfill. I subsequently went to meet Craig in his office and handed over all the required documents and the reservation deposit payment receipt to complete the purchase offer. This is now handed down to the Sales Progressor who will progress the file through to completion. All this was completed in 2 days. I am most impressed of the efficient and professional service provided to me by Craig and his prompt action in handling the matter. Thank you, Craig.

This agent, Ernest-Brookes will charges huge unexpected bills to you after check out. They just try to charge the amount whatever they want, and without providing any evidence of why and how they define the amount. Just scammers.
I rent the property privately in West London and the staffs I contacted related to this matter are Gabriela, Joanna and Phoebe Maloney.
This agent tried to charge me £500 2 month ago, and I had to use Mydeposit to seek a help. And now after the dispute, Mydeposit confirmed I only need to pay £200.

Possibly the worst real estate agent especially their Canary wharf office sales team is full of fraudsters. I got stuck with them for a deal, their sales executive and even their management were not professional at all. Within a deal I saw different sort of behaviour and mannerism. Once they got security deposit for a deal then they went to sleep and stop receiving my calls and stop replying my emails and messages. When I raised concern to their senior staff then I got to know that whole management is same. On complaining to their senior management, I was threatened that I would lose both my deal and security deposit. I would never do business with them and wouldn't even recommend anyone. In all circumstances, Canary wharf branch should be avoided.

I recently sold my apartment in SE London using Ernest-Brooks International. I used them because I hoped they would bring in some potential buyers from abroad as well as UK based buyers and so increase the chance of a quick sale. I initially put the property on the market in the Autumn of 2020 and only got a couple of viewings. I took a break over Christmas and went back on the market in February and sold within a week. All viewings were by UK based buyers and no one from overseas. Once the sale had been agreed the follow up service was excellent (Samantha) from agreement right through to completion. So a star lost for a disappointing number of viewings. But after a buyer had been found it was definitely a 5 star service.

I met Paul Curtis in Hong Kong in 2015 when I was a Chair Professor in a local university, when he helped me to arrange the management of my property in London City Island for rental. On 4 September 2020, I met him and his colleague Daniel Evans in his South Quay office for putting up the same property for sale. Only after a few viewings around mid-September,, it was sold on 25 Sept. with sales memorandum issued. His team members seem to have performed a miracle to sell it so quickly amidst the Covid situation, and this must be the perfect team effort of Daniel, Anthony Door, John Chung as well as Paul's personal involvement. Saw a flat for sale with Jonathan and I have put down a offer and the offer was accepted and a offer letter given, in order for this I had to pay a £1000.00 non refundable deposit. I have instructed my solicitors and paid them their fees, now today I get a call to say the vendor has a better offer even though it was suppose to be guaranteed off the market but they somehow still forwarded other offer to the vendor.
I know its not Jonothan fault but prob one of the managers.
But this is the first agent I have come across that wants a hefty deposit in order to accept offers and take it off the market.
I have now lost money on legal fees.
Will never use again
After ernest brooks responses- just to clarify I made the deposit payment on thursday 24th Sept, sent prof to Jonathan via whats app this is after payment from natwest and gets paid instantly, Monday 28th Sept in the morning got email from jonathan thanking for all the documents received and file is being passed to his colleague Samantha to progress the sale. Late Monday 28th Sept got call from Jonathan that you guys took another offer which is higher,
please explain how you received the deposit and returned within the same hour?
Why was more offers forwarded to the vendor?
If you have taken deposit from someone else why are you still advertising the property on Zoopla and other potals.

The best property agency I've come across: and that is among the three countries I've lived throughout my life so far! Finding the suitable property was flawless with their help and the services is of utmost professionalism. I was trying to find a home after graduating uni near my future office. My property consultant Yujin Ee was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and negotiated the perfect deal with the flat owner, and also gave me a few very useful tips for getting around the new neighbourhood. I've been extremely happy with the service, especially as expat coming to London. E-B guys, I was lucky to work with Jason, were able to arrange an apartment viewing very quickly (in a matter of hours if I recall correctly) in the building I wanted according to all the mentioned criteria . Again, as an expat, it has been very helpful to have E-B agent guiding me through the process of making an offer, validating the references etc. in the shortest time possible (as I had to still go back to my country of origin). E-B agent was also very direct in communication with no attempts to stretch contract length, price etc (which I actually experienced with other agency), but was able to suggest a good compromise with the landlord. Overall, my experience with EB has been extremely positive, I feel like I can rely on these guys as my trusted advisors in terms of my property needs and wants.

I reached out to Anthony for help regarding my house search a couple of months ago. My experience interacting with him has been outstanding. Anthony was very responsive and pro-active. He would arrange viewings for me and update me ASAP without any follow up. He would reach for the viewings before time and would be happy to show me around, not just the proposed property but the nearby areas, discuss patiently with me and answer all my queries and not rush out for the next customer viewing. IF he would not be able to answer any query immediately, he would make sure he finds the answer and respond later. What I liked the most working with him was he was flexible and accommodating according to my schedule. I am a working professional having only weekend to spare and Anthony would even give time for viewings on Saturday and Sunday and in any area where Ernest-Brooks would have their property available in, something doing which other Estate Agents would hesitate a lot. I was looking E16 , E15 and he showed me up properties in both areas.
He would understand my requirements and call up even months later to check if I am still searching, as a property has shown up matching my requirements.
Lastly, after I found a property, he still offered to help me with any further queries and help required.
Really grateful to Anthony for helping me out with my Property search. I would recommend Anthony and Ernest-Brooks for their extremely professional customer-centric behavior.

I have Evidence of this IMessage still stored on my Phone. I did not delete my review because its 100% the Truth & Customers should be Informed then its a matter of Customer Choice.
The Renting Agent Requested a Holding Deposit + An Offer on the Apartment at the same time. I said NO.
Only After My Offer has been accepted by the Landlord will I depart with any money.
I have BTL's and I Have never asked my Managing Agents to take money from Prospect Tenants without Myself the Landlord Accepting The Offer.
I did NOT ask the Renting Agent to Reserve the Flat!
IF YOU HAVE NOT NEGOTIATED AND NOT AGREED ON RENTAL FEE PER CALENDAR MONTH, WHY WOULD A RENTING AGENT ASK FOR A DEPOSIT HOLDING FEE?

I was renting a 2 bedroom apartment with a friend of mine with the help of agents from Ernest- Brooks. Unfortunately there were some issues from my friend and I's side that, in the end, made us withdraw from renting the apartment despite having already paid the reservation and Agency fees (these were non-refundable as per the contract we had signed). I was overseas at the time and despite that, not only did the Director of Ernest-Brooks, Maciej Rutkowski, personally call me internationally to address all of my concerns in regards to the property, he also liaised with the property owner in an attempt to facilitate a way in which we can get the apartment. Having said that, despite his best efforts we had decided to withdraw our offer. The thing that genuinely impressed me out of this whole process, is that the Director then offered to partially refund some of our deposit just out of pure good will. I am exceedingly grateful for all their time and effort and am honestly impressed. I don't normally review any companies but I felt that this was an exceptional situation and they deserve some recognition for their efforts!!

I was certainly not disappointed. They were extremely professional with managing the sales of my property, never promised something they could not achieve and constantly kept me up to date with the sale progress.
Clear and honest in valuing my property and never promised me something he could not achieve. I know first hand that thats not the case with other agents who just want flats that go on the shelf, they kept me up to date and assured me with progress.
