I have used Tulip to purchase and subsequently let my properties in Hull. The team are hard working, highly knowledgable and are specialists in the HMO market, which is hard to find due to the complex and ever changing legislation. I have particularly found Craig and Anita generous with their time when I wanted some advise or to discuss a particular situation. Would highly recommend this team to manage your property and I know my property is in safe hands as an out of town Landlord.

I have recently moved into a rental property through Tulip. I found them to be a pleasure to deal with, friendly, helpful and efficient. There were a couple of small issues with the property and these were dealt with quickly. I am extremely happy in my new home.

The worst in Hull!! The first review I see is from Andrea Popa who gave five stars and a nice story. She works for them. This bunch lack moral fibre. The worst agency in Hull, maybe England. Don't care about properties they manage and clearly have to order staff to give them fake ratings. Fake and useless

I found accommodation quickly with Tulip which was good. Any attention to the flat was carried out promptly which I appreciated very much. The best person to contact for lettings is Cosmin who is a professional and courteous Gentleman. I applaud his hard work and dedication. I believe that Tulip will address any needs as long as it is reasonable, especially when you have someone like Cosmin working there. I will not hesitate to contact Tulip Real Estate in the future if and when I return to the UK to rent or purchase a property.

Let my house through Tulip Estates. They were mindful that I wanted tenants with a good track record. It took some time but I am delighted that they found reliable, clean tidy tenants. Kris and the team are always friendly and helpful. (A slight mistake on the key and informing me I would be charged for a 2nd key required by the tenants and how much in advance, but that was a minor oversight.) I would definitely recommend Tulip for letting your house.
