I have just moved into a property they had advertised and I loved every part of it!
A gentleman named Tommy Child helped us throughout the process and he was amazing, he truly created the easiest, most efficient and enjoyable moving experience me and my partner have ever had (nevermind also the quickest).
He was an absolute credit to the team, working around my awkward work hours, making it minimal effort for myself by doing everything he could at every hour of the day for me.
I would recommend haart to anyone I know looking for the same service as I have used other letting companies many times before and done nothing but get grief and moan about it! Thanks!
Very poor service. They will pester you constantly. Wouldn't take no for an answer when you say you don't need the services of their in house broker.
We booked to look around a property, viewed the property and both really liked it so put an offer in.
It was at this stage we were told "oh by the way the person who showed you around the property is the son of the people selling it!!"
To ask at the viewing if anyone had put an offer in to be told "no". We put an offer in but get told we would need to increase it (which was a further £3,000) so it could be secured and taken off the market.
At no point were we told untill at the viewing it was a tenanted property. The estate agent whispered to us upstairs "we can probably get her out in 4 weeks"
We enquired whilst in the office about the Tennant i.e length of tenancy and would it be vacant on possession. No one could give us an answer. (You really should know these things)
To find out the property was never taken off the market anyway. So why did you bid us up and make us increase our offer to secure it and take off the market? They lied !!
Finally being told untill you've signed the papers we won't take it off the market or serve notice on the Tennant. What security do WE have? None.
I understand when purchasing you need to demonstrate to the seller's you are serious about buying. But not when we risk loosing time and money in what could be a long and drawn out process if the Tennant decided not to leave at the end of their lease.
We sold and bought our house through Bairstow Eves last month. They made it feel quick and easy. The whole team were friendly and helpful. I will be recommending them and if we need to sell in the future we'll use them again. It was very different to our previous experience of estate agents.
Decided to sell my house through Bairstow Eves after reviewing the competition. After a initial delay with the valuation the process was mostly smooth and my house was sold and contracts exchanged four months later. Billie Wilson deserves a mention for being very competent and professional despite being human and approachable.
Absolutely brilliant. Kaitlin in lettings did a fantastic job getting us into our new home.
Arranged a viewing , traffic was very busy we gave ourselves an hour to get to Lincoln from Mansfield , we telephoned the office to say we were running 15 minutes late, who told us that was fine and they would let the gent showing us around know,, we arrived and no one was there , when we rang the office the maintainable man answered stating no one was there and they had all gone home , very bad service losing a potential sale from a £200,000 house . No one rang us to say the agent was not waiting for us very disappointing
Brilliant service, only dealt with Jack mainly and Beth, it's my first time using Your Move to rent a property out, but I will definitely use them again.
i hate them because i paid for the propety online from there website in there office but she didnt told me it took 7 days to recived the money they told me ok you paid for it and you can take the keys on friday. when i came on friday they said you cant take intel we received the money and i call my bank and they said we already send the money but there website take 7 days to check for money. all the weekends i stay in hotel i didnt enjoy my weekends.
Reliable. Emails are answered quickly and viewing enquiries handled promptly and efficiently. Recommended.
I recently had to deal with Savills whilst buying a property and was very disappointed with the service received. Michelle was very dismissive and her main concern seemed to be how much money I have in my account and whether I would earn her the commission or not. Won't be dealing with this company anymore.
