Just got a new flat that was carried out by Eddisons and i cannot reccommend them enough. Lovely people, kept us informed every step of the way and replied to emails quickly which i really loved. The office looks amazing, when i had to go in they even offered me something to drink, lovely treatment. When we got the keys i recieved an entire talk about every useful detail of the flat. They highlighted the double rated energy for me so we can save some cash and gave me every piece of paperwork i could possibly need. Took the meter readings for me and even highlighted one or two problems with the flat which they said they would fix asap. Nice, honest people. Should we stay in Lincoln in the future they will be top of the list for next home.... Read more

I asked Banks Long to act in the sale of a commercial property south of Lincoln and they achieved a fantastic result in excess of initial expectations delivering an excellent service throughout on a sale that had a few complications. I was kept informed at all times and although the sale took longer than anticipated this was not due to their efforts. We put our property on the market pre-COVID, but sold it in the middle of the crisis despite all of the uncertainty and worry that we might have got the timing wrong! I would not even give one star to this company because of the poor customer service and unethical ways of doing business. We were interested in one of the sites advertised by them which ended up in a bidding war and quite clearly they had done the deal under the table. I TOOK 10 PHONE CALLS TO JUST GET AN ANSWER FROM THEM WHEN I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THIS PROPERTY AND THINGS SEEMED VERY FISHY FROM THE START. WORST AGENTS IN THE INDUSTRY!... Read more
