I couldn’t recommend The Agent more, especially Charlotte Jones. From our first meet, Charlotte was completely invested in making sure my house was sold exactly how I wanted it to be with my best interest at heart. She backed myself and my partner all the way whilst purchasing our first home together and always made sure the solicitors were keeping up their end of the job! Charlotte is professional, punctual and enthusiastic and she genuinely cared about us getting in on time and without any extra ‘house moving stress.’
In the future, if we need to move again, there’s no question which estate agent we would choose.

Having used various estate agents in the past for associated companies I can easily say this is the best one yet. So easy to deal with when you have a dedicated agent at the helm and Tom Bell has to be one of the best in his field .
Wonderful work and refreshing change from the usual high street bunch.

Charlotte Jones has once again worked her magic. Moving again after 2 years, somewhat unexpectedly, she sold our house quickly and effortlessly. I seriously hope never to have to move again but if I do I will definitely ask Charlotte to help.

My experience with this Bunch of clowns resulted in their own paying client (the vendor) losing over £7k from our deal due to misinformation repeatedly provided by THE AGENT
Furthermore, It became necessary due to the incompetence and shear arrogance of one the partners, for me to take legal action against him for damage to my vehicle resulting from his stupidity....the appalling reputation enjoyed by estates generally is well deserved here...AVOID..!!
I've written an open letter to my residence association warning anyone considering engaging this company, to steer well clear.
Thank you for your response, I am grateful you don't wish to too and fro and waste any more of my time, I think your response simply confirms my assertions regarding your general attitude to your clients and on that subject, I see no evidence to support your claim that your vendor was satisfied and in fact I have written text evidence to the contrary and I will willingly add that to my future reviews should you so wish.

From our first viewing of the property we purchased to the final completion, Charlotte from The Agent has been fantastic. The whole process has been effortless and very simple. Any questions were answered very quickly and Charlotte was always on hand to answer my calls. Never was anything too much trouble and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The friendliest and most efficient estate agents I have worked with!

Very Poor customer service from a female staff member and stopped me from viewing a property too. Will be making an official complaint with regards to the way I was treated! The owner rings up and tries to have a go and slams the phone down and then starts ringing me up constantly when I tell him I ain’t interest at all with their property, company or any other bs!
It’s amazing how they try and turn it round on me a customer seeking to view and potentially purchase a property. The owner harassed me with constant calls and I believe this is very unprofessional as a business owner, It reflects badly on the business and it’s staff.

Simply Brilliant Service!
Bought a new-build house with Bernard acting as agent for the builder. Bernard has been brilliant throughout the buying process from our first site visit, to getting the keys. Kept us informed, answered any questions we had, always got back to us promptly and quickly sorted any issues. Hard working, with lots of experience and knowledge, really practical and gives great advice including suggesting local solicitors and carpet fitters we could use. He was just as helpful after the sale has gone through too in answering any queries and questions.
I’d recommend using The Agent for any property transactions - can’t praise them and Bernard highly enough!

We had to sell a cousin's property because she had been taken into care. We had never done anything like this before, but Charlotte guided us through every step of the way. She kept in close contact so we knew exactly what was happening, and even when our solicitors seemed a bit slow, she eased things along to a successful conclusion. I honestly think without Charlotte, we would have been nervous wrecks. In our opiinion she is a complete star.

The advice on preparing and presenting our home for sale was personal, in-depth, and clearly effective. The photos and marketing were both amazing and honest, and as result we had several offers and had agreed a sale within a month.
Claire and Charlotte worked exceptionally hard to deal with endless delays and omissions from our buyers conveyancing firm and to keep my solicitors and buyers informed so that the sale could proceed within our timeframe. Between The Agent and Adie Pepperdine the process stayed on track and there were no hidden extras or unexpected costs.
I was able to speak to the same people at every point, people who knew the property and exactly where we were in the process at all stages.
Over the years I have had mixed experiences of estate agents, but this time I feel like I have struck gold and will definitely use them again.
