I rented my property in March with ASR. Tenants left in May without paying rent and ASR has been less than useful. It’s been over a month and no details of tenants have been shared to proceed with next step. They are doing everything to protect the tenants who have breach the contract and blaming it on their Admin team for delay. The insurance they are selling is fake and miss-sold and never pays despite promising 100% rental guarantee. They did not return key for a month and I believe they were housing someone else during the time without my knowledge. For 2 months my property was tenanted they didn’t pay rent on time. They hardly answer phone whenever I call to chase rent or anything after contract was signed. I think in the form of Lettings agency they are running a major fraud business. Do not trust them with your property….. you will see their real face when the tenants move out or when there is unpaid rent..... Read more

Very unprofessional. They have costed me 1 month payment as a landlord. There was an agreement between the tenants and myself via the agency. The tenants would not pay one month rent and in return they would renew the bathroom. I never received the rent and the bathroom was never renewed as agreed. However, even though I had paid the full management fee, the agency never checked to ensure the job was done and they also released the deposit. At the begin quick responses and everything seems good. When the tenancy is finished, they leave issues behind (house was not at the state was given and had to chase for months to resolve the issues). Late responses, no updates and to the point that they do not reply anyome.... Read more

Worst estate agency. My family and I were looking to view a property they had listed. Parents are paying the rental as myself and my sibling are at university full time. Their staff Francisco has severe lack of knowledge in the lettings industry, as he says myself and my sibling would need a guarantor as we do not earn an income. Guarantor, is someone who pays your rent if you don’t pay it. My parents are fully responsible therefore I wouldn’t need a guarantor. A guarantor is only needed IF tenants are not earning 2.5-3 times the annual rental or if they are on DSS. Please get some knowledge and experience in the industry before speaking rudely and losing a customer!... Read more

It is a miracle if someone pick up the phone at this agency. Once you had a chance to speak with agent asking for info, if property is still available they promise to call you back and never do! On the next day the same deprecating schedule. The worst estate agency I had to deal with!... Read more
