Overall a good experience with Living Residential! Sometimes could be a little more responsive, but given the current climate (COVID) appreciate things take a bit long than usual. Would recommend them :)

The staff are really helpful, efficient and very nice to deal with. They have always been responsive and at hand to help. I can not rate them high enough especially Jason and Mark who both have been extremely professional and helping to reassure during moments of stress.

Truly awful.
So unprofessional and rude (agree with a lot of people here and on allAgents.co.uk).
He even stole a huge part of our deposit!
Total waste of time and awful experience.
Jason later proceeded with threats. Disgraceful.

We rent flat from the agency Living Residental which is located on Fortune Green a for 6 years. I recommend it to anyone who wants to rent an apartment or house. Manager and service at this agency are perfect, they are all nice and helpful, we never had problems with them. Even as they are on holiday we can always call on them as we have a problem, eg. Before Christmas spoiled us with a washing machine sent sms to agencjii, which contacted us with an electrician who checked our old washing machine and decided to purchase a new, all it took three days, it was the same with the refrigerator. So I would recommend these people and this agency as doing their job at the highest level.

They keep flooding me with promotions emails even when I have requested to unsubscribe me from their mailing list. Their website is so bad that do not give the option to unsubscribe. Terrible!! I feel stuck with the avalanche of junk mails from them.
