I didn’t even think about contacting another estate agent. Romario then visited to sell my house, what an absolute pleasure! Romario kept us updated every step of the way, his calm and reassuring manner is just what I needed! Romario went the extra mile, he looked after our cats during the viewings, giving them treats and sending us videos of them! To be honest it felt like a member of our family sold our house! Thank you so much for your professionalism and support throughout, we couldn’t of done this so smoothly without you!

Aman is very helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. I decided to take the flat within just a few of days which is the fastest for me.I cannot recommend enough these kind and very efficient agents, they really took a personal interest in us and went beyond what was expected. Needless to say, we are very very happy that we found KFH.

22nd Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have recently sold two properties through Portland and, after many bad experiences with estate agents in the past, have genuinely been very impressed with their approach and conduct. They build strong channels of communication with all relevant parties and go above and beyond to keep everyone connected and updated. The small sales team is effective and proactive in moving things along and fighting for the best outcome, and they manage to remain optimistic and upbeat without lying or devaluing the frustration and stress that comes with selling and buying property. They are also all very friendly and always made time for us when we needed help. I am grateful to Henry, Leha and Paul for their part in making sure we were able to move into a house before our second baby was born, which was our goal.
22nd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Worst estate agent in wembley. I had my viewing book for property and on day agent show up with no key for home, I let that slide. Upon speaking to him, he ensures, that we have been booked for next day with same time. However, on the day of viewing, agent won't even show up. After speaking to the agency, we came know that we never booked for the day and we have to book viewing again. Complete waste of time on two consecutive days, Won't recommend at all.

I worked with the company back in 2019 - 2021 and left due to poor management. Staff were treated so unprofessionally and it started to affect my mental health. Recently the two owners parted ways and they reached out to me again and asked if i wanted to work with them again. They promised me things have changed and the way they work is much better. I clearly did not last long there, considering that i am leaving this review 3 months after rejoining. I feel compelled to share my thoughts and insights. From the moment I rejoined the company, I noticed a concerning lack of transparency and ethical practices. The management seemed more focused on making quick profits rather than providing quality service to clients. One of the most alarming aspects of this estate agency was their consistent disregard for laws and regulations. They would often cut corners and bend rules to maximize their own gains, leaving clients vulnerable and uninformed. The lack of proper documentation, misleading advertising, and hidden fees were all common occurrences. Furthermore, there was a prevailing culture of dishonesty within the company. Agents were encouraged to use high-pressure tactics and misleading information to secure sales, often at the expense of the clients' best interests. This not only tarnished the reputation of the agency but also created an unhealthy and toxic work environment. Another concerning aspect was the lack of professionalism and accountability. Many of my colleagues lacked the necessary qualifications and experience, which resulted in poor customer service and inadequate advice. Moreover, when faced with complaints or issues, the management would often dismiss or ignore them, leaving clients frustrated and dissatisfied. Overall, my time at this dodgy estate agency was disheartening and has left a lasting negative impression. The lack of integrity, transparency, and professionalism made it impossible for me to continue working there. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly research alternative options.

The agent failed to show up for a scheduled viewing, leaving me waiting for over half an hour. Despite calling their office twice to check on the agent’s whereabouts, there was no punctuality or communication from their side. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for clients' time is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)Honestly, as a tenant in London I have had such horrible experiences with the big name estate agents that I had come to the resigned acceptance that all estate agents were of a similar ilk. However, I cannot stress enough how different of an experience Empire Chase provides. In letting our property Empire Chase has provided a bespoke service with a degree of contact and follow-through that I had believed to be impossible to see. Their service has been impeccable and their rates very competitive - suffice it to say that I am truly glad we were recommended their services.

They listed my property with beautiful pictures and found me a buyer very quickly. My sale process was slow due to solicitor debates but Hiten was so helpful throughout the process. He liaised with my buyer on my behalf and kept me up to date with things I needed to know. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and integrity in an estate agent. A pleasure to work with you and thanks again for your service.

They managed to close our sale in under seven weeks, which is an impressive feat. Their attention to detail and adherence to a solid process really paid off. But what stood out the most was their helpfulness and positivity. Nothing was ever a problem for them, and their upbeat attitude made the whole experience stress-free.
