If you are a landlord trying to let your property through London Habitat, I would advise you to look elsewhere. I have called 5 times in the last 5 days to view an apartment and the only answer I got was "My colleagues will call you back".

Time-waisters and unprofessional. Paid a holding deposit to be told that the landlord will be missing for a week, then to be ghosted by the agent and then to be returned my deposit, because the house is allegedly being sold.

Really disappointed with the experience using London Habitat. We found a flat that we really liked and arranged a viewing at very short notice (within an hour) which I had to cancel another viewing for. I met Fabian at the property and within an hour after viewing we had agreed the list price, signed the application and paid a holding deposit (£550). Everything then went smoothly until ten days later when Fabian sent us a one line email to say the landlord had decided not to let the flat with them, seems like London Habitat just wanted an interest free loan for a couple of weeks? Later I discovered that this was a complete lie as they had let the property for £200 more than list, another example of a greedy agent that will waste potential tenants time only to use their offer as leverage to get other poor people to pay far over list. Unprofessional time wasters, avoid.

Bler answered the phone immediately, although the property we had initially enquired about had gone, he found is an even better one and we were able to view it within 10 minutes of our enqiury! (Even though it was late) & was even able to accommodate our very unreasonable deadline!
We very quickly agreed terms & he suggested we meet the landlord which a lot of companies don't offer & this went very well.
We like the fact we are dealing with a responsive, high quality local business and would whole-heartedly recommend London Habitat to those individuals who value an individual personal service.

This company is a company of frauds.
They try to give you a fake contracts for 24 months after you give them deposit for one week.
Then they did not send you real contract but just a kind of receipt for 6025 pounds, and he said I need to pay - without a contract.
So after I summed up all these things I thought here are a lot of rental breach (illegal things)
Bler Emini said that I can report him where I want and he does not care.

At first, Bler can be seen as a sells man doing hard selling and he is good at that, it's his job. But he is also a smart person that thinks extra hard from the client's perspective, definitely harder than your average agent. He makes you think about things that you should have known, he makes sure you get the most out of the landlord, he has high emotional intelligence to keep both tenants and landlord happy. I like dealing with these kind of people both as tenant and landlord. I would recommend.

Greedy and untrustworthy.After our deal to pay in advance 5000£ for a studio in Cricklewwod, 3 months rent plus agency fees e.c.t, the next day they said that because of my unsatisfactory references i should pay 6 months up front rent, 7500£. After i rejected their offer, finally they made me the favour to procced with our first agreement.So if i had accepted to pay 7500£ probably they would asked me for 10000£. They were really hilarious! Instantly i cancelled the deal and i asked for a refund which was clearly stated that in case of unsatisfactory references it would be refundable.Of course they didn't. Be carefull guys, London is full of vultures.London Habitat is a great example.

I can't recommend this agency to anyone. They should deal with good landlords, is their responsibility. Broken toilet during the whole tenancy, because of that we get moist, as a result, money was taken from our deposit, deposit that we struggle to get back. We had to manage the inventory ourselves. We spent 300£ in locksmith, the lockers were broken and we paid from our pocket. Outrageous!

Where do I begin with...Well, Let me start by saying that I have changed almost 10 houses over a decade ago and have been through all the fancy national big branded estate agencies (which all of them were centered and more of an ordeal than help), through constantly finding ways to charge more hefty fees for no logical reason. While on the other hand, I was fortunate to randomly come across London Habitat due to my favorite chosen area (West Hampstead). Which as soon as I began the viewing of my latest flat with the advisor (Bekim), I could instantly tell that unlike almost all (97%) the estate agents who automatically turn on their sales-pitch until you're reluctantly convinced to accept their "logic", he instead behaved natural, and genuinely described all the relevant pros and cons of the flat - while giving me space and time to figuratively absorb the highlights of my flat. Furthermore, not only the company behaved in a professionally objective and unbiased way on the viewing day, but also they continuously carried on the same unrushed and friendly attitude through out the rest of the time since I have moved in. For instance, when ever I noticed a malfunction in the flat or have had a request for changing, upgrading and disposal of item they have always had a constructive and reasonable manner in all instances. I can with absolute confidence say that you won't regret choosing their services, and will most certainly experience the same (if not better) level of meticulous customer care that I have received.
And for this reason, I do not hesitate to state than should the day for buying my first home arrive, I will not hesitate a second to seek London Habitat's in-depth knowledge on property ladder and all its ever complicated intricacies which never ceases to perplex us.

I have an uncanny habit of being absent in time of need around the flat, much to my relief and more to my wifes anguish; coupled with my wife's beauty (just incrase she's reading this) are high standards and proactive efficiency that many Germans would be proud of even though she's American, yes that's right she wants it done yesterday!
Now I did think that the teething pains of moving into a new flat would be alittle demanding on our new Landlord, but in all honesty the Man has been excellent from the first day and has been highly instrumental in 'saving my bacon' with his problem solving, and lifting the general mood in our first flat .
Seriously though he's great in terms of communication he'll always get back to you straight away. He's patient, helpful and definitely has his tenants best interest at heart. He works fast and has a very proficient team around him to provide the utmost support for his tenants. I'm giving Bler 5 stars!! and my wife 7 stars for putting up with me.
