This company is very unprofessional and their service is pathetic. I never thought they could treat clients with such disrespect. Do not associate yourselves with this company, they are scammers and they don’t have any remorse over what they do , they are a dodgy company and I don’t recommend. Very bad experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this company at all costs. The owner, Mr Abdul Atta, entered the property without authorisation, took pictures of my personal possessions, refused my attempt to make a formal complaint, threatened me with eviction if I escalated matters to Camden Council or the Police, and then threatened to sue me for slander. These are all facts for which I have written evidence. Since I am under threat already, I will not say any more about the specifics. Instead, I would say this: I have undergone 10 months of high-dose chemotherapy for cancer and 28 general anaesthetics for operations to my spine, and I would say that making the mistake of renting from AA Property Services was a worse experience for me personally than either of those other experiences. (As with other reviews, I would expect the owner to reply claiming everything has been fabricated.)... Read more

My friends and I recently rented a flat in Earl's Court through this agency and our experience was nothing but pleasurable. From the very start, the staff was prompt and professional in dealing with us. Throughout the tenancy, they were very responsive in solving any problems that popped up and tried to accommodate our needs to the best of their ability. The checkout was smooth - in fact, some of our left over furniture was disposed without a fuss when they could have easily charged us. Extremely unprofessional and unorganised. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. First we had to chase them to get a confirmation for a viewing. Then on the day less than 2 hours before the appointment they call us to say that the two properties we were going to see are actually unavailable. I don't understand how it was impossible to either call, email or text us the day before seeing as they claim the deposits have been put down the day before. We are both coming from out of London so it is a massive waste of time and money. Absolutely disgraceful! Also seeing the reply they wrote to one of the reviews below just shows how unprofessional and lacking of customer service skills the staff are.... Read more

Senior members of the company had not been helpful at all for the duration of my tenancy. Flat had been let out to myself in shocking conditions, with numerous appliances not functioning and taking months till replacement (and that is just the start of the long list of issues!). Staff service has been poor and overall, for the prices you pay to this company, they absolutely rip you off. Unnecessary high fees at every corner (admin, check out etc.). DO NOT CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS PROPERTY SERVICE! If you do, make sure you read the small print in their offered contracts: THERE WILL BE EXTRA FEES! Better off to leave them and search for ANY OTHER COMPANY that will guarantee a better service than this disaster! Trust me! They will bind you into a contract and take your finances for a disastrous service and delivery of property!... Read more
