This company is used as a cover to con and steal from vulnerable tenants, they work alongside their best landlords to keep hold of bonds the tenant should have been returned. The manager must be living a life of luxury after getting away with this for many years from many vulnerable ex tenants.

Really poor rental services. Repairs never followed through. Rent increases. Disagreements. Revenge eviction. Poor shocking and darn right disgusting. It's a real shame given the reviews on here being top notch. But I'm guessing we're aren't the only one's that have stuffed with relentless stress given another couple have came forward. I will never privately rent again and finally announced we are proud homeowners.

I would personally post images of the terrible conditions they left us in but I'm not going to do that to embarrass them.

Recently sold a property with Armitage Residential and cannot recommend them highly enough.Viewings commenced quickly and we received an asking price offer within a couple of weeks.
