I Just wanted to thank you for all your help and assistance during our recent house move.

We chose your company as we believe you gave us the most honest assessment when valuing our property and we liked your plans for the marketing of it. You were also the cheapest of the three or four companies who we investigated.

Once we instructed you to put the property on the market you delivered exactly what you said you would. The sign was up almost immediately and the marketing completed in super fast time. You kept us constantly updated with the activity, arranged viewings promptly and gave good advice when we really wanted get the property sold as we had found one we wanted to move to.

Once a buyer was found you really excelled in all areas. This was a really difficult time with delays lower down the chain. We struggled to get updates of progress/delays from solicitors but you always had the answers of what was happening. You went way beyond the call of duty constantly chasing people for information so that you could keep us informed and you'll never know how much we appreciated your efforts.

Andrew you are a credit to your business and industry. You were the cheapest we could find but you provided a level of customer care & service which is rarely found in any industry. We have already recommended you to people and will continue to do so because in our opinion you are the best.

We have leased a commercial premises on Eldon Street North for a few years now. We cannot recommend Armitage Residential enough. No problem is enough, with in reason they will bend over backwards to sort out the problems. We will give a recommendation.

I have had several of my properties up for rent with Armitage Residential for around a year now. I can do nothing but sing their praises Andrew and Joe are a slick cohesive team. My tenants are happy and I couldn't be any more pleased with the level of service I receive from them.

From the initial meeting to placing the first tenants was one of if not the quickest transitions I have experienced.

The odd grumble here and their initially due to the usual teething problems with tenant and property but if I'm honest was mostly from my part.
