Overall experience was extremely positive and the initial impression was that this was an agent that cared about selling your house, rather than just earning money doing it. Interest was very poor at the start and, while I was assured that the house should be attracting interest it just wasn't. Unsurprisingly dropping the price helped, but I would want my agent to guide me to say what interest it might get dropping the price, or to advise holding out rather than just waiting for me to take action. Nevertheless, working with Wilbys was great, they were always easy to speak to, responsive, and great with enquiries and booking viewings when they came in. No complaints on the customer service side at all. Would absolutely use them again.... Read more

I've tried to sell my property twice before with other agents and the levels of service was poor to say the least, then I used Wilby's, completely the opposite. The level of service has been immense and my house sold within 2 days, granted this may have been just pure luck but it was definitely aided by the service of this great estate agent. If I ever have a house to sell again, I would use these 100%.... Read more
