25th Jul 2024 (2 days ago)Honestly do not know where to start… If you’re wanting to sell your house in a flash, this is the estate agents to use! The whole team at Hunters worked great together, updating me at every step of the sale right up to completion. Firstly thanks to Adam who came out to value and take some amazing photos of our house, who then went on to upload them on social media, which I feel massively boosted our viewings. Brogan was amazing with booking in viewings which suited us as a family. Then on to Robert and Zack who guided us through absolutely everything we needed to know, right down to using the very best solicitor which massively helped the sales process. Nothing was too much trouble. The professionalism and experience you get from these guys is outstanding. I wouldn’t go anywhere else when it comes to selling a house. Would definitely use again. 5*****

We were very ably supported by Fiona Joyce who was particularly helpful and understanding when we had several family crises which meant we had to put things on hold from time to time. Once our sale was agreed Fiona provided lots of advice and support along with Kia, Freya and Catherine in the office too.

8th Jul 2024 (19 days ago)I contacted this branch to give me a valuation of a property I own. I had a good honest chat about what I wanted with David jones the valuation manager who said he would get back to me within a couple of days. I heard nothing so after 5 days a contacted them again but conveniently David was out of the office so I asked again if he could contact me. What a surprise he couldn’t be bothered to return my call. Avoid using this branch at Wakefield because they will let you down. Very very poor.

18th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)HOTEL SANTANA, QAWRA MALTA. Lovely clean hotel and excellent staff. As a very light sleeper, I requested a 'quiet top floor ( no noise from above! ) room, at 'the back' - unfortunately this was opposite the service lift, and at the side of the guest lift, and 'marble' stair case up to the 6 th floor rooms at the front and side, one of the sun decks, and the roof top pool, so on a very busy through route, and lots of noise from very early 'till after midnight. After very 4 nights of little or no sleep ( I did my best each night, before it caught up with me! - I mentioned it to reception, on our way out to visit our Maltese friends, that the 'quiet room' was the opposite, for future reference to other quests. I washed unexpectedly told I could move rooms, at 2 pm - if we could vacate the current room immediately - as I mentioned, we had arranged to be picked up by our Friends in 15 minutes, but after a short delay, we were told we could view the new room now, and it would be made available straight away. We agreed to this and in 15 minutes we had packed and vacated the 5th floor room, and put our cases in the new 2 nd floor room! In time to meet our friends! Although the new room was only on the second floor, and facing the main road, it was next to the end of the corridor ( so no people passing), and the road was very quiet after around midnight - so 3 great nights sleep followed - fantastic customer service . We are regular visitors to Malta to visit our Maltese friends in Mgarr, and Melliha, and after try various hotels in the past, we were looking for a centrally based hotel we could use on every visit ( the Santana fits this criteria, also being a 5 minutes walk to the bus station - with busses to all over Malta, and even the ferry to Gozo! All-in-all ( after a misunderstanding of their ' quiet rooms' ( which was professionally and promptly rectified after I had made the problem known to them) the Santana and it's staff are highly recommended, and we will indeed use it a again,- probably on every visit to Malta - once or twice a year, every other year - ( and hopefully it's outdoor pool later in the season, ( the indoor pool near the dining room was nice and warm in April ( and the food was excellent in every respect too! Well Done the Santana Staff ??????????????

25th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Asking for all sorts of checks, identification, bank statements to book a VIEWING for a ROOM, not a flat or house. Every other estate agent in Barnsley. I have been able to get viewings without doing this. Don't let them waste your time. Edit: offered me a viewing with just ID and asked me to delete, have already found a place so I declined. Keeping it up for future prospective tenants to know this is an option. We’re all busy and your time is valuable people, estates agents should accommodate viewings with simple identification or other confirmations, not a full application form. Luckily 99% of estate’s agents and private landlords do. Wish you guys luck with your room/house search.

The first buyer backed out and Anthony Leach was extremely professional and helpful to do everything to get us another buyer and also to coax the deal to completion as quickly as possible. The rest of the team was also great. I would definitely use them again if I was selling.
