With the daily updates from a very helpful Brogan Christlo who also accompanied the potential buyers as we were on holiday, we cannot fault anything with the service we have received. We would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

We first met the staff in 2026, after viewing and buying an apartment, and putting family bungalow for sale. Wilbys staff was very helpful, friendly, professional, and welcoming. They helped us with all our enquiries, and given information, and advice.

29th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)I began renting my property through Gates many years ago Jess became my ‘Go To’ person and was always friendly and caring When I decided to sell it coincided with Jess moving from rental to estate agent The road to selling was bumpy to say the least but Jess was always there to support and reassure me She kept me updated every step of the way and today when the sale was completed she was quick to ring to make sure everything was ok Throughout it all I have come to think of her as a friend rather than ‘the person on the other end of the phone’ and she has been so helpful and understanding it is hard to put it into words<br>A massive thank you to you Jess You have been a superstar through all this<br>I can honestly say I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gates as an estate agent Caring and considerate throughout

Thank you to Clair Paxman who knew just how to market the house to the best advantage. She was always friendly and professional, a pleasure to deal with. Thanks also to the office staff. Claire and Arabella worked so hard to keep the process on track and moving along and were unfailingly friendly and helpful whenever I phoned with questions and concerns. F&C proved to be an excellent choice of estate agent. Thank you.

I would recommend using Sorbys to anyone wanting to rent out their property. You know your home is in safe hands with the regular checks they provide and always use professional but value for money trades people for repairs. Keep up the good work Sorbys.

The whole team has been professional, friendly, and always quick to help with anything we’ve needed. A special mention has to go to Debbie, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout. She is warm, approachable, and genuinely cares about making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and her kindness and professionalism really stand out. 16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)The Property Shop has looked after my properties for 11 years. Lee, Dawn and Steph work very hard with great results - Especially with rents paid so efficiently. I believe that the tenants are looked after so well because of TPS professional standards. TPS sold properties for me - again, I trust Lee completely and he puts himself ‘out’ to get the job done. I recommend TPS, wholeheartedly.

15th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Initially good to deal with. Purchased a new home through them and found them pleasant. However, things have gone downhill after we found that the new home we purchased was not mortgageable. Have told us that they have nothing to do with the deposit we paid even though they sent the e-mail with bank details on. Would not recommend as at the first sign of a problem they have disappeared and washed their hands of us.

She kept me informed throughout the whole process, was always professional, friendly, and happy to help with any questions I had.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, but Suzanne made everything as smooth as possible with her excellent communication and support.
