28th May 2026 (21 days ago)We cannot thank Laura Phillipson enough for her perseverance, patience and persistence working through a very challenging and protracted sales process to finally bring it to a successful conclusion after 6 months, against odds tbat at times seemed insurmountable. Laura's supportive efforts and her encouragement along the way really helped us at times when we felt like just dropping the whole thing. Without her work it is very unlikely that we would have continued with our sale to the most disorganised buyers in Christendom. Thank you Laura!! We recognise the skills you used and think you have a great career ahead of you - you are certainly a shining star in the branch! Ruby has also always been helpful and we recognise and appreciate her efforts also.

Kerry has been incredibly helpful throughout the process, always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions we had. The lady who showed us around the property was also lovely and made the viewing feel relaxed and welcoming. The whole process has been smooth and professional from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Gates Estates to anyone looking to rent a property.
21st May 2026 (28 days ago)Sold my lovely first home with Your Move. Joe, Charlotte & the team were excellent from start to finish. Real, genuine people who actually care!! They were also the estate agents who I bought my new house from and they helped my solicitors get me in within 6 weeks (just in time for my baby girls arrival!) They were all a huge help at a really stressful time & I couldn't thank them all enough - would totally use them again and reccomend to anyone!

Thank you to Clair Paxman who knew just how to market the house to the best advantage. She was always friendly and professional, a pleasure to deal with. Thanks also to the office staff. Claire and Arabella worked so hard to keep the process on track and moving along and were unfailingly friendly and helpful whenever I phoned with questions and concerns. F&C proved to be an excellent choice of estate agent. Thank you.

I would recommend using Sorbys to anyone wanting to rent out their property. The whole team has been professional, friendly, and always quick to help with anything we’ve needed. A special mention has to go to Debbie, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout. She is warm, approachable, and genuinely cares about making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and her kindness and professionalism really stand out. 16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)The Property Shop has looked after my properties for 11 years. Lee, Dawn and Steph work very hard with great results - Especially with rents paid so efficiently. I believe that the tenants are looked after so well because of TPS professional standards. TPS sold properties for me - again, I trust Lee completely and he puts himself ‘out’ to get the job done. I recommend TPS, wholeheartedly.

15th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Initially good to deal with. Purchased a new home through them and found them pleasant. However, things have gone downhill after we found that the new home we purchased was not mortgageable. Have told us that they have nothing to do with the deposit we paid even though they sent the e-mail with bank details on. Would not recommend as at the first sign of a problem they have disappeared and washed their hands of us.

Her communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. She went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed smoothly, making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. What impressed me most was her dedication, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome. Her expertise and proactive approach helped secure a successful sale despite the best efforts of less competent ‘professionals’ in the chain, and we felt supported from start to finish. The level of customer service was truly first-class, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about her clients.
