I have been using W.H Brown since 2018, only because I have had a couple of letting agents terminate their contracts with me for having a bad attitude, especially when I felt like my properties are being poorly managed.
Over a period of time, staff with all business come and go, I have never been disappointed, or felt the need to change letting agents at this present time.
Fast forward to now, they have two fantastic people who still step up, to the brands high standards, Ella is fantastic because I never get the feeling that when I am having a conversation with her over the phone, that I am feeling rushed or that her focus is somewhere else, some people are born to do certain jobs, and this is one Ella was born to do, she also does not over promise and under deliver, and as for void periods they are kept to a minimum or non
I personally think Ella and the new manager, Olivia, will be the dream team, are they the cheapest letting agent on the market, nope, but if you want value for money then yes they are, in term of -
Minimum void periods, ?
Sourcing the right tenants, ?
Achieving rental figures that your properties are truly worth, and not putting in silly low figures just to get your properties rented out ?
I have been getting bonds too ?
I can now sit back in the knowledge that after years of trail and error, that my properties are finally being run, like they should have been years ago, I would of probably made a lot more money, going by the way things have been going so far.
